02/05/2025: Sono un cliente abituale del Ristorante IL CILIEGIO e ogni volta è una conferma: una garanzia di qualità, passione e sapori autentici.
Specializzato in carne di cavallo (ma non solo), il locale propone una selezione di piatti non vastissima, ma curata nei minimi dettagli. E questa è la loro forza: ogni proposta è davvero squisita.
La cucina è guidata con maestria da Cristina, una cuoca eccezionale che mette amore e competenza in ogni piatto. La figlia Laura si occupa dei dolci, che sono buonissimi e legati alla tradizione, semplici ma fatti con cura, proprio come una volta. E poi c’è Antonio, il titolare, che ogni mattina si alza prestissimo per preparare personalmente la carne – una dedizione che si sente tutta, al primo assaggio!
Una menzione speciale va anche alle produzioni fatte in casa: dai contorni freschi e gustosi, alla maionese artigianale, fino alle patate con la buccia, croccanti fuori e morbide dentro – una vera coccola per il palato.
L’ambiente è accogliente e familiare, e il servizio sempre cordiale e attento. Si percepisce chiaramente che qui si lavora con il cuore.
Al Ciliegio è molto più di un ristorante: è una piccola eccellenza locale, dove si torna sempre volentieri perché si mangia bene e ci si sente a casa.
Nota finale: le foto che ho caricato non rendono giustizia alla bontà dei piatti – per capire davvero, bisogna solo assaggiare!

09/04/2025: Ho prenotato tramite booking. Ho poi contattato telefonicamente la struttura e sono stati molto cortesi. Non hanno possibilità di ospitare disabili. Le camere sono al primo piano con 23 gradini e senza ascensore.
Inoltre e' un agriturismo che non ha il ristorante e pertanto bisogna andare fuori sia a pranzo che a cena. Praticamente e' solo un b&b.
Ho dovuto cancellare, con dispiacere, la prenotazione.

Nice and welcoming place, good food and excellent service... we also spent a little more than €50 for two, which for being in the center of Asolo and compared to what we ate is a great price. Grilled chicken and homemade tiramisu (one of the few cases where the statement corresponds to reality) to remember

17/09/2023: We often go there on Friday evenings. Perfect welcome: the staff is very kind and the service is impeccable! Tried the burgers, scampi, pizza by the shovel and some cocktails, all recommended.
16/07/2023: The strong point of this place is the environment, quiet, well organized and set up, especially outside with lights, sofas and hanging armchair. The friendly staff. We had two non-alcoholic aperitifs that were aesthetically well prepared, but they were decidedly too watered down in taste. Mine was passion fruit and basically good, sweet. The other person's was strawberry flavored and was more acidic. In my case it would have been a good cocktail if it hadn't been diluted so much.
I would go back, to give the drinks a second chance.

27/03/2025: Io, la mia famiglia e qualche parente per una riccorenza familiare, abbiamo deciso di andare a mangiare ad Asolo e la scelta è ricaduta al ristorante Bistrot. Bhè, che dire semplicemente il migliore che potete trovare! Personale gentile, simpatico e professionale.
Il cibo era davvero ottimo, in particolare consiglio il crudo di pesce (come antipasto) e il risotto con champagne e gamberetti, mentre per il dolce la coppa Bistrot. Che dire, si sente la qualità delle materie prime che ci sono nella preparazione dei piatti.
Questo ristorante offre sia una cucina di pesce, sia di carne. Ma è conosciuta principalmente per il pesce.
Un punto in più da dare a questo ristorante oltre al rapporto qualità - prezzo che è davvero ottimale, è il servizio taxi inglese: che porta fino a un max di 6 persone dal parcheggio fino al ristorante. Questo servizio è opzionale, ma anche gratuito, quindi compreso paghi solo il mangiare del ristorante.
Bhè che dire, da ritornarci sicuramente.
Questo ristorante è senza ombra di dubbio il migliore di Asolo, peccato che non esiste una valutazione maggiore di 5 stelle, altrimenti ľ avrei messo...
Ps: non è la prima volta che sono stato in questo locale, da tornarci e ritornarci sicuramente!
