03/07/2025: Loved this place! Felt like a family run restaurant. Food and service were top notch. I don’t think they get very many tourist. We were the only non-Italians at lunch time. We had gnocchi and meatballs. Both very good.
25/05/2025: Excellent quality food with particular and refined ingredients but which formed truly special dishes. Discreet, helpful and truly prepared staff in presenting the dishes. Perfect setting for the ceremony that was being celebrated

21/08/2025: Years ago, it was a five-star place, but now they serve mediocre straecca already seasoned with salt, which is way too much for my taste. Regardless of the quantity, even if it had been less, serving straecca already salted is unacceptable. Are you in the business? Unfortunately, it happened during lunch with an important client, so I didn't immediately report it to the waiter or the cashier.
12/08/2025: Excellent quality trattoria. 12 people were satisfied after a full meal. The staff were helpful and ready to accommodate everyone's needs. Recommended.

The outside made me feel a bit biased, but inside I had a pleasant discovery.
The food was good, well-prepared, and in generous quantities.
The service was a bit sluggish, but adequate.
The atmosphere was pleasant, but definitely in need of updating.
The price was well-deserved.
01/07/2025: Trattoria with exquisite dishes, both the appetizer with excellent mixed cold cuts, and the pasta with abundant and excellent sauce but the tagliata was a plus. The service is also very fast, I will return to try the rest of the menu.

25/07/2025: Delicatessen, peaceful, café... This place may be hard to define, but that's how we like it! Everything is strictly vegetarian and vegan, but even carnivores like my boyfriend and I find delicious options.
You can stop for a coffee or a full lunch.
The place is very pleasant, usually quiet, and very clean. The staff is courteous and friendly.
There's a small parking lot in front (or at least nearby), which in the summer becomes a partial patio with outdoor seating.
We'd love to find more croissants for breakfast; if you arrive a little later, they're often sold out...
*** After so many years, I reiterate what I wrote above, but I'm disappointed and concerned about the progressive reduction in opening hours... Right now, looking at Google hours, you're open Monday through Thursday from 10:30 am to 3 pm (that's just 4.5 hours... basically your lunch break), closed on Fridays, and only open in the evenings on Saturdays... Since I don't work nearby, this means I'm really struggling to get to your place now... and on weekends, I used to happily get something to go for lunch, but now that doesn't seem to be an option anymore...
I hope everything can return to more or less the way it was before soon...
*** I stopped by and saw that they're looking for someone to take over the business. :( You were a go-to place for me for vegetarian and vegan cuisine, it'll be hard to find someone who can be that way.... Thank you for these years together.
*** In reply to this message: unfortunately, it's true that cappuccino and brioche are addictive, but I've always loved your desserts, and in the end, I might even leave the brioche behind and eat those! ;)

31/07/2025: A trattoria just outside Padua, serving both fish and meat.
Family-run.
Special mention goes to the fried fish, crispy and dry, one of the best we've ever eaten.
In the cooler months, they serve excellent tiramisu.
Friendly service.
Affordable lunchtime prices.
Recommended.

I wouldn't go back because the owners are rude and unfriendly, especially with children.

04/05/2025: We see some nice round aubergines parmiggiana on the counter, the lady tells us that these are the ones they put in the pizza with aubergines parmiggiana, their "stronghold"! All happy, we order that pizza and we get a small pizza (because it's small compared to what other pizzerias normally make) with a few fried aubergine peels on top, and it's also cold. I ask for explanations thinking that they have the wrong pizza and they tell us that the aubergines
they are those but they "break" them! We won't go there again.

04/08/2025: The best place for an aperitivo. I've been going there for years. The aperitivos are served with pizza, chips, bread, cold cuts, and fried foods. The service is always fast and friendly.
The prices are in line with other places. If you want an aperitivo, go here, you're sure to find it.

05/08/2025: Ho prenotato con the fork, visto che c era il 50% e il giorno della prenotazione chiama il titolare dicendomi che c è stato un errore. L ha fatto anche mio marito e stessa identica cosa. Il bello è che in the fork c è sempre lo sconto del 50%. Mi sembra davvero poco onesto farsi pubblicità con lo sconto e poi dare la colpa a the fork. Evitate!
06/07/2025: Avevo prenotato tramite The Fork, ma il ristoratore mi ha contattato chiedendomi di annullare la prenotazione e presentarmi comunque per “ottenere gli stessi benefici”. Ho trovato questo comportamento scorretto nei confronti dell’app e poco trasparente.
Una volta arrivati al ristorante, ci è stato imposto di ordinare due portate a testa, una condizione mai indicata su The Fork e non comunicata nemmeno telefonicamente al momento della richiesta di annullamento. Preciso che non si trattava di una questione economica: avevamo intenzione di ordinare antipasto condiviso, due secondi, dolci, vino e acqua, ma non avevamo appetito per due portate a testa a testa obbligatorie.
Quando ho espresso il mio disaccordo e ho deciso di andarmene, ho comunque lasciato 5 euro per l’acqua, per correttezza. Poco dopo, il titolare mi ha richiamato telefonicamente e, con tono inappropriato, ha insinuato che fossi un “morto di fame”, cosa totalmente fuori luogo e offensiva.
Un’esperienza che, al di là del cibo (che non ho potuto provare), ha lasciato un’impressione estremamente negativa per la gestione del cliente e la totale mancanza di rispetto.

I go in and calmly ask for a tub of 4 flavors, as I always do in any ice cream shop I've been to, and I find myself with an annoyed expression and a long speech about how "we have to stop with this 4 flavors thing" "because it doesn't make sense we have to order with half a kilo etc." Now, assuming that no one in an ice cream shop had ever made such a scene with me for a completely normal request, the biggest problem remains the attitude. I am a person who enters everywhere with a smile, and receiving such an arrogant and annoyed response was truly unpleasant.
And do we want to talk about the ice cream? If it weren't for the different colors, I wouldn't have been able to distinguish one flavor from the other.
Disappointing experience from every point of view. Too bad, because with a little more respect for the customers (and a little more flavor), it would have taken very little to make a completely different impression.
To answer: no I didn't choose the wrong ice cream shop, put 3-4 flavors ok, what I wrote is something else.

06/05/2025: We order two pizzas on a Friday evening, convinced that, living just 300 meters from the pizzeria and on the same street, there would be no problems.
Deluded.
After more than 20 minutes of waiting, we decide to call for explanations (obviously they hadn't even thought of writing down the number to contact us) and we are told that the deliveryman got lost... in the "side streets". Too bad that, I repeat, we are practically around the corner.
The pizzas arrive 45 minutes late, without even the offer of a discount or free gift as other pizzerias often do when something goes wrong.
A heartfelt thank you to the pizza chef who personally brought them to us, facing the epic journey in the required white apron, and who, after our request, offered us a 3 euro discount.
I highly recommend the delivery driver download Google Maps.

I appreciate the effort in the response, but allow me to clarify a bit, since some details seem to have ended up in the same "side street" where your deliveryman got lost.
1. The address:
What you were provided is correct. You can check it yourself by opening any navigator: by entering the address as it was given, you will arrive straight in front of my house. Nothing but side streets and expeditions into uncharted territories. If the deliveryman got lost, the problem isn't the house number but perhaps the sense of direction (or the fact that no one bothered to check before leaving).
2. Delivery management:
That a pizzeria doesn't write down its customer number is, frankly, surreal. It's not the customer who has to start looking for the pizzeria after half an hour of nothing.
3. The deliveryman's tragicomic scene:
When we called, we were told that the deliveryman was "ringing all the bells around" looking for the correct address. Really? In an area where anyone could have shown him the right path with two words? It all sounds a little more farcical than professional, forgive my frankness.
4. The “discount” and the price:
Whether delivery is free is your commercial choice, not an act of charity. And frankly, if the service turns out to be so confusing and ineffective, it's the minimum wage. We had to ask for the 3 euro discount on our own and given that the address we provided led exactly to our destination, I'd say there's no doubt about whose mistake it was.
In conclusion, I reiterate that the review does not arise from malice, but from an objectively uncomfortable experience that could have been managed in a decidedly better way. I hope you can treasure it in the future.

14/04/2025: This is a margherita pizza with €2 added ham, most likely, indeed I certainly hope so, they do it as a third job given the lack of competence with which they make the pizzas and anyone who says that the pizzas here are good is probably better off continuing to eat the frozen ones.
I also attach the total receipt €16.50, pizza with rocket and two cherry tomatoes without mozzarella €9 and margherita with two pieces of old ham if you zoom in you can see it very well €7.50, like when you get the pizza with the fried potatoes that have been closed inside a plastic bowl for who knows how many days.
Really shameful and they call themselves pizza chefs, now all they need to do is watch a couple of YouTube videos and they're down to opening pizzerias.
And I repeat, people say that the pizza is very good in these places... come to think of it, the meteorite would be a great fit now.
And I add if the owner allows himself to dispute this review I will publish another 20 photos of the pizzas I got from him, one worse than the other and then we'll see how he can respond.
I advise him to take this review and examine his conscience about what kind of rubbish he serves customers.

06/05/2025: Today we stopped with former colleagues for lunch. I can't understand how the other reviews could give a positive rating. At the entrance there was a blackboard indicating the dishes of the day. I asked for the meatballs with vegetables, written on the blackboard but at 12.40 they were finished. There were some ready meals on the counter: I asked for one but they were booked. We ordered a specific bottle of wine but they brought an open bottle of another type of wine without asking. We were told that that was over. All poor quality pre-cooked food heated in the microwave behind the counter. Having only eaten one dish and not even finished it because it was so bad, we asked if there was any cheese to finish: they don't have the cheeses on the menu...which by the way we didn't even see because it was all listed verbally. The service, although with good will, was labored and inattentive. Orders were taken with dishes from other tables being delivered in hand. The worst thing was the quality of the dishes: transparent gnocchi from a supermarket bag, strips of very white washed chicken, cut: small steak into strips, a few slices of bread in a small bowl etc.......3 courses, 47 Euros. I'm sorry to give this opinion but that's how it is for me. Even more so given the arrogance of the owner's response....
06/05/2025: Oggi ci siamo fermati con ex colleghi per il pranzo. Posto difficile da vedere dalla strada. Non riesco a capire come le altre recensioni abbiano potuto dare una valutazione positiva. All'ingresso c'era una lavagna con l'indicazione dei piatti del giorno. Ho chiesto le polpette con verdure, scritte sulla lavagna ma alle 12.40 erano terminate. Sul banco c'erano dei piatti pronti: ne ho chiesto uno ma risultavano prenotati, da riscaldare in attesa dei clienti. Abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino specifica ma ne hanno portata una aperta di un altro tipo di vino senza chiedere. Ci è stato detto che quello era finito. Tutto cibo di scarsa qualità riscaldato da alcuni forni a microonde in continuo funzionamento dietro il banco. Avendo mangiato solo un piatto e neanche terminato in quanto pessimo, abbiamo chiesto se c'era del formaggio per concludere: non hanno i formaggi del menù....che tra l'altro non abbiamo neanche visto perché è stato tutto elencato a voce. Il servizio, se pur con buona volontà, era affannato e disattento. Venivano prese le comande con i piatti di altri tavoli in consegna nelle mani. La cosa peggiore è risultata la qualità delle portate: gnocchi trasparenti da busta del supermercato conditi con un sugo pallido alle verdure, straccetti di pollo slavato bianchissimo, tagliata: bistecchina a listarelle, poche fette di pane in una ciotolina ecc.......3 portate, 47 Euro. Mi spiace dare questo parere ma per me è così. A maggior ragione visto l'arroganza della risposta del proprietario....
