06/05/2025: We ordered two pizzas on a Friday evening, convinced that since we live just 300 meters from the pizzeria and on the same street, there would be no problems. We were deluded. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to call for an explanation (obviously, they hadn't even thought to write down our number) and were told that the delivery man had gotten lost... in the "side streets." Too bad, I repeat, we were practically right around the corner. The pizzas arrived 45 minutes late, without even a discount or a freebie, as other pizzerias often do when something goes wrong. A heartfelt thanks to the pizza chef who personally brought them to us, braving the epic journey in his signature white apron, and who, at our request, offered us a €3 discount. I strongly advise the delivery man to download Google Maps. (Reply) I appreciate the effort in responding, but allow me to clarify a bit, since some details seem to have ended up on the same "side street" where your delivery person got lost. 1. The address: The one you were given is correct. You can verify this yourself by opening any browser: by entering the address exactly as it was given, you'll arrive right in front of my house. Forget about side streets and expeditions into uncharted territory. If the delivery person got lost, the problem isn't the house number, but perhaps their sense of direction (or the fact that no one bothered to check before leaving). 2. Delivery management: That a pizzeria doesn't write down the customer's number is, frankly, surreal. It's not the customer who should have to go looking for the pizzeria after half an hour of nothing. 3. The tragicomic scene with the delivery man: When we called, we were told the delivery man was "ringing every nearby house" looking for the correct address. Really? In an area where anyone could have told him the right way with just a few words? It all sounds a bit more farcical than professional, if you'll be blunt. 4. The "discount" and the price: Free delivery is your business decision, not an act of charity. And frankly, if the service is so confusing and ineffective, it's the bare minimum. We had to ask for the €3 discount ourselves, and since the address we provided led to the correct address, I'd say there's no doubt who made the mistake. 29/11/2025: So ladies, gentlemen, sir, good evening. Brr, it's so cold! It's the end of November and they're leaving us outside. Not even Napoleon's soldiers at the Battle of Krasnoy (November 15-18, 1812, in the Russian Tundra)! I suggest placing blankets on the chairs to make the experience more comfortable; more heat lamps. The DJ is good, but he can improve. The comfort level is the same as Clinton's under Trump's desk. The waiters are friendly.

04/06/2025: Rudeness and zero taste. I go in and calmly ask for a tub of 4 flavors, as I always do in any ice cream shop I've been to, and I find myself with an annoyed expression and a long speech about how "we have to stop with this 4 flavors thing" "because it doesn't make sense we have to order with half a kilo etc." Now, assuming that no one in an ice cream shop had ever made such a scene with me for a completely normal request, the biggest problem remains the attitude. I am a person who enters everywhere with a smile, and receiving such an arrogant and annoyed response was truly unpleasant. And do we want to talk about the ice cream? If it weren't for the different colors, I wouldn't have been able to distinguish one flavor from the other. Disappointing experience from every point of view. Too bad, because with a little more respect for the customers (and a little more flavor), it would have taken very little to make a completely different impression. To answer: no I didn't choose the wrong ice cream shop, put 3-4 flavors ok, what I wrote is something else.

29/07/2025: The ice cream isn't bad, but it's more expensive than other ice cream shops in the area. Plus, the portions are smaller. I wouldn't go back because the owners are rude and unfriendly, especially with children.
