31/12/2024: I was here on December 20th, more or less the same period as the one who wrote the previous review (Ms. Giulia). What he wrote is real. Little food and certainly not from the name of this restaurant. Very slow service and incredible confusion, so much so that you had to shout to speak to whoever was in front of you. Much better years ago. In any case, I give two stars instead of one, because the risotto was very good.

26/12/2024: A classic venue with a rich history, now in its second generation, that has aged gracefully while undergoing a slight transformation. Once a true Venetian trattoria, it has evolved into a restaurant with higher aspirations, a change not everyone might appreciate, accompanied by a modest increase in prices. Nonetheless, everything here is simply excellent. The freshly made tagliatelle, prepared right in front of the diners, is a highlight, as are the traditional Venetian dishes. The ragù, whether “alla Giovanni” or with duck, is authentic and flavorful. If you’re lucky, you might catch the slow-roasted veal shoulder cooking over an open hearth. Seasonal specialties like Treviso radicchio are a must-try. I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and it’s always a joy to return.

14/10/2024: Locale molto spazioso e carino, che avrebbe molte potenzialità. Sarò abituata a locali diversi, ma il risotto era piuttosto compatto, la carne dura. Ottime le patatine fritte. Buono anche il dolce della casa, ma dopo 11 anni (si, ci sono stata anche 11 anni fa) si potrebbe proporre qualcosa di diverso...

02/10/2024: Locale molto grande con varie sale e un grande spazio esterno con giardino e piscina. Cucina molto buona semplice ma curata, ho potuto gustare 2 tipi di risotto, uno con pere e noci e l'altro con zucca, salsiccia e funghi veramente squisiti. Poi l'anatra all'arancia ottima. La festa si è conclusa con un ottimo dolce. Lo stesso giorno erano presenti ben 3 gruppi numerosi, il mio gruppo quasi 30 persone, ed altri due gruppi abbastanza numerosi e devo dire che non c'era il problema di disturbo. Personale disponibile e gentile.
