18/08/2024: Clean and tidy environment, attentive and helpful staff, dishes prepared with excellent ingredients and according to indications given my intolerances. Definitely worth returning also for the location, a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view! I recommend it!!

The owner is very competent and knows how to advise while still leaving full freedom of choice; very polite and kind staff, the location is wonderful and romantic, the service impeccable, good quality and choreographed dishes that give that touch of design that you don't expect. Serene and relaxing atmosphere, like being with family. Thank you all for giving us an unforgettable party.
01/12/2024: When you enter Mara ai Castelli you don't go to the restaurant, you enter the family. Here I celebrated two important moments in my life and I was very happy with the choice.
Mara knows how to understand the needs of those who turn to her and knows how to realize them in the best possible way, she accompanies you with a smile in your desires.
The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, familiar, the raw materials are excellent and the dishes are made with care, attention and passion.
The context completes the experience, with the wonderful panorama framed, like a beautiful painting, by the large window.

Onesto anche il conto, considerate le porzioni generose, i bis disponibili, vino acqua caffè e grappa !

27/07/2024: We went to this restaurant for lunch with 12 friends. We ate an encore of first courses served in a baking dish, an appetizer with raw ham, soppressa and pickles, dessert, unlabeled house wine (15 euros per bottle) and water (4 euros per bottle).
We spent 41 euros each for a trattoria and simple, good but very greasy food. It would have been fair to pay 30-max 35 euros each

06/07/2024: This evening I went there for the first and LAST time with my family, on the recommendation of our friends. Very nice environment with an outdoor park for the children, good food but poor service, and for me this is fundamental knowing what it means to be a waitress. An extra bottle of water in the receipt (when it was brought to us as a double to the table we didn't apologize and they took it back in an annoyed manner), leaving the restaurant NONE of the staff said hello and I asked for two coffees at the counter for the simple reason that no one was looking at us at the table. Upon my polite request I received no verbal response from the waitress, something I personally hate. Education always pays off, especially when I leave my pennies for dinner. Have a good continuation and never again 😊

The service leaves a lot to be desired.
Honestly, I don't have the courage to consume anything other than coffee and canned drinks.
Let more capable people manage the place also because it was the heart of the town

25/03/2024: Sono un cliente da molti anni e, purtroppo, ho notato un lieve progressivo peggioramento. Le portate sono ora di qualità media, non troppo abbondanti. Se c'è il pienone, non si riesce a parlare. Consiglio di rivolgersi a un esperto in acustica perché al giorno d'oggi ci sono moltissime possibilità per risolvere questo problema che rende di fatto le serate spiacevolissime.
Il costo è effettivamente più basso rispetto a moltissimi altri locali, ma è sempre stato così. Solo che ora mi sembra si stia lesinando su quantità e qualità.
Anche lo staff è meno cordiale che nel passato. In particolare una cameriera, sembra sia incaxxata col mondo!
Ci tornerò comunque perché la fiducia non la si può togliere di punto in bianco, ma spero che le cose miglioreranno.
