15/10/2025: During our stay at Villa Casa Country, we had the pleasure of dining in the Salvia Rosmarino dining room, an elegant and intimate space that welcomes both guests of the villa and events and ceremonies. The atmosphere is relaxed, with attentive and discreet service that contributes to a pleasant and fitting experience.
The dinner was truly satisfying: creamy and fragrant porcini mushroom risotto, tender and flavorful beef tagliata, and fresh sea bass, probably the best I've tasted in a long time. The mixed salad and wild herbs complemented the meal with simplicity and flavor. Everything was prepared fresh, with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. It's not gourmet cuisine, but the plating is meticulously done, and the end result is more than appreciable: without splashes of color, but functional and concrete.
The wine list is well-stocked, with options to suit every course and palate, and prices are in line with the quality offered. We booked through The Fork and even got a discount: a welcome advantage, considering the prices aren't among the most popular, but justified by the quality of the service and dishes. We couldn't find any comparable alternatives in the area, even though we had limited time.
A significant plus: the convenience of having the restaurant just steps from the room, perfect for those seeking relaxation and convenience. Our only regret was not being able to repeat the experience the next day due to the weekly closure. But we hope to try other specialties next time!
12/06/2025: Wonderful location to visit garden and lake with lotus flowers. Friendly owners who prove to be excellent hosts. Dishes prepared with care and excellent quality of raw materials. Prices appropriate to the food and the Location.

19/02/2026: Total disappointment, a forgettable black risotto evening, a meager portion and a taste more like stock cubed cuttlefish, and the risotto should be made with fish broth. Price: €10. Stewed white cuttlefish with polenta, never seen before, cut into squares, tasteless, definitely not to be served to customers. Price: €13. Unlabeled bottles of water, anonymous, seem a bit excessive to me!
In a trattoria that's been on the market for years, you might think they know their job well, but instead we're in free fall. Even though people come here, it's clear they're doing well. They can eat daily, depending on their mood, or, for people, just eat. Prices don't match the quality and quantity of the food, completely unacceptable, and there's no price list in the restaurant.
They won't see me again!

Very good spaghetti with sauce, good roast beef. The place was packed, the staff were very friendly and passionate.
