12/12/2025: A must-see when I'm heading towards Castelfranco along the Sinistra Piave. The staff is friendly, smiling, and professional. The cicchetti are always top-notch, and the coffee is good. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

01/11/2025: Osteria con cucina al Centralino is a pleasant surprise in the heart of Scalon. At first glance, the exterior doesn't do the place justice; it would be nice to see a little more care and attention to detail, because the entrance doesn't give you a clue as to how welcoming the interior is.
Once inside, however, everything changes: the place has been tastefully renovated, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, and you can feel that homey feeling that only true osterias can provide. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the kitchen offers authentic, well-prepared dishes made with quality ingredients.
