20/07/2025: The croissants are always fresh, and above all, the bread is excellent. A special mention goes to the special bread, which is incredibly soft even after a day. Highly recommended. 👍👍💪💪

08/10/2025: Sorry, I am a little late sharing my experience at Ristorante Miravalle. When I spent a month in Stabie with the Mortarino family in 1983, I visited Miravalle every day. Although, I was just an American boy, 12 years old, and the only thing I was interested in was gelato, I remember it very well. I did not speak any Italian, but the staff were always so kind, helpful and happy to see me. I am happy I finally have an opportunity to share this. I hope I will see you again one day.

06/07/2025: We were on the road, and as always we relied on reviews, to find a place to have lunch, which fulfilled expectations beyond expectations. We were welcomed very kindly, even though we had not booked, but I recommend it, especially if you want to stop outside, where there are not many tables, today mostly occupied, but they found a place, and the temperature was ideal. Taking a tour inside instead the environment was not air conditioned, so much warmer. The place is not flashy but simple, and clean. The menu included the possibility of first and second courses to choose from, with more options, or a complete menu, the one we chose. We ate very well! Carefully prepared and tasty dishes, with refined, particular combinations, especially the fettuccine cream cheese mint and lemon, delicious and fresh. No less the nettle gnocchi with smoked ricotta and tomato. The two second courses of meat, both pork and turkey, very soft, delicate, as a side dish, salad and peperonata. Right portions. Two good glasses of local wines, chosen from the red list, particular, here I would have preferred it cooler, but it's a personal taste. To finish a dessert, mascarpone ice cream, much appreciated, not too sweet, fresh, with peaches and crumble. Water and coffee included, in the menu, wine, liqueur and desserts separately, all for €44... I would say very honest! We were served without waiting long, the very nice waitress looked after us, advised, between a chat and a joke, we felt in a friendly environment. We also met the father, chef and owner, who came to make sure everything had gone well, with whom we started chatting.
Small negative note, some plates, bowls were chipped, I would avoid using them to serve at the tables, given how you take care of the presentation of your dishes. What can I say if you are in the area, it's worth it, stop by. We will return to try the main dish, the cod. 🤗 Good night.

Agriturismo Bon Tajer

09/02/2025: L'agriturismo si trova in un posto splendido, circondato da prati e con una vista mozzafiato sulle nostre bellissime montagne bellunesi. Ci hanno accolto due caprette, Romeo socievole e coccolone e Giulietta un po' più schiva e riservata. Entrando non si può certamente fare a meno di notare la moltitudine di taglieri posizionati ovunque, raffiguranti vari soggetti. La sala è accogliente e luminosa , con finestre su tre lati per godersi il panorama anche durante il pasto. Francesco il titolare e cameriere è gentilissimo, professionale e cortese e illustra brevemente ogni pietanza. La degustazione proposta offre , dall' antipasto al dolce, prodotti dell' agriturismo e qualche prodotto locale. Piatti dai sapori semplici e della tradizione offerti in maniera rivisitata e ricercata senza stravolgerne la genuinità oltre che sapientemente presentati. Insomma una gioia per la vista e per il gusto. Il prezzo è più che onesto . Un plauso anche per la qualità e la scelta offerta per i vini, aspetto non scontato trattandosi di un agriturismo. Mi complimento anche per la pulizia dei servizi igienici; difficilmente se ne vedono di così lindi genericamente nei locali.
03/02/2025: Al Bon Tajer non si va per mangiare, ma per vivere un’esperienza. È molto più di un agriturismo, parola spesso mal considerata, è il coinvolgimento di cuore e palato. La famiglia Paganin accoglie gli ospiti con calore, mentre oche, galline e caprette animano l’esterno. Atmosfera di un tempo, sapori contemporanei di eccellenza. Varcando la soglia, i celebri taglieri decorati raccontano la storia del locale, mentre Francesco ci guida in un percorso gastronomico di altissimo livello. Un menù degustazione che viene proposto soltanto in determinati giorni della settimana. Piatti sorprendenti, tutti a km zero, accostano sapori e colori degni di una stella Michelin: dal burro spatolato sulla pietra, al brodetto servito sul fieno (vero), dal croissant con paté al risottino al tartufo locale, dalla guancetta brasata ai dolci della tradizione reinterpretati con eleganza. Merita un viaggio il “muset” con i cappucci rossi e mousse di cren. Insomma, il Bon Tajer è un viaggio tra profumi, consistenze e dettagli curatissimi, dove ogni boccone lascia un ricordo a sè.

14/05/2025: Ho completato la gita con il pranzo in compagnia di amici. Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la qualità del cibo e per la gentilezza del personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
