30/12/2025: A year ago I would have given 5 stars but the last dinner with a pre-established menu was truly poor, leaving aside the endless waits, minimal anonymous appetizer with absent flavors, the savory pie was the saving grace, the first radicchio parcel was bland, but the risotto guys... let's draw a veil of pity, the rice al dente so you can taste the flour in your mouth... then absolutely lacking in body... left there, the braised cheek was good, the apple strudel arrived in a 1 cm section with runny cream... luckily I ate my daughter's leftover potatoes... I do not recommend it when there are too many people, it's not worth it.

21/10/2025: Definitely recommended. 1. You can park in front of the building 2. The staff (Giovanni) is super kind & helpful 3. The room, kitchen, bathroom are clean 4. The kitchen is amazing! It has microwave, dishwasher, oven, utensils, etc 5. The area is quiet, perfect place to rest

The host is simply charming and available for everything The apartment was super comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with an amazing view and relatively large And most importantly, the apartment is about a 20 minute drive from Ortisei and the town itself has some great restaurants and is really sweet and beautiful!

31/12/2025: Comfortable atmosphere and good service. Three very good appetizers. First course: mezze maniche alla carbonara, unfortunately not quite up to par. A second course with beef cheek was truly perfect. A decent dessert. We didn't drink wine. The only downside is the prices; for example, a first course (carbonara) costs €28, dessert €8. Ultimately, the food is good, but the prices are extremely exorbitant.

08/12/2025: Superlative welcome from Mrs. Giusy. Excellent lunch served by a very kind and courteous waiter. The wine that accompanied the courses was good. An unexpected surprise was the "welcome entrée" with delicious finger foods...delicious! Compliments to Chef Gabriele, because it was a culinary experience we'll definitely repeat. The first and second courses were excellent. I really appreciated the fresh flowers on the restaurant tables; most of the time they're always plastic and covered in dust! Thank you, and see you next time! My rating: 10+1

A magical place that feels like home, instilling the absolute desire to enter and immerse yourself in a full-sensory experience, with excellent music and excellent cuisine! Chef Mirto is meticulous, charming, and dedicated to his cuisine. The dishes are always carefully crafted, using top-quality ingredients and artisanal ingredients! You can also sample excellent homemade cakes. The service exudes elegance and attention to detail. The poetry and magic of the historic building and the thoughtful, warm, and refined interior create a unique and sensational atmosphere! I highly recommend this restaurant and lounge bar to anyone who wants to experience unforgettable moments with family or friends, and to anyone who loves music and enjoys attending top-notch concerts! My family and I were looking for a place like this, and we found it, and now it's a regular! There's also a music school on site! Personally, coming to Unison is always a fantastic experience!

17/01/2026: Really satisfied. The pizza was still very hot when we got home and very good with truly superb ingredients. The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. I recommend it to everyone.

12/12/2025: We drank some good glasses of white wine. The guys are good at suggesting wines by the glass. Cicchetti are plentiful. The atmosphere is small but cozy. Not chaotic.

01/11/2025: We chose the S. Fermo restaurant to celebrate a birthday! It was very crowded, we had reservations. The wait was instant! We had the appetizer platter with pickles on the side, and some adorable fillets with potatoes. All accompanied by a Valpolicella for dessert. Beautiful and well-kept atmosphere! I highly recommend it!!

28/10/2025: Very nice place, really good pizza, they have very thin dough, just the way I like it... the downside is that you have to eat 2 of them 😀
