25/01/2026: I had lunch at Ristorante Pizzeria Case Rosse, and overall, the experience was truly positive. The restaurant is well-maintained, welcoming, and well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease, whether for a quiet dinner or an evening with friends. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, always attentive to customer needs and ready to offer courteous advice. The quality of the food is unquestionable: the ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and the dishes are tasty and beautifully presented. The pizza also deserves a special mention, with a well-cooked, light dough and balanced, flavorful toppings. The care and passion in the kitchen are clearly evident, and it's something that really makes a difference. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the dishes. Although they are very good and carefully prepared, the portions are quite small compared to the asking price. The quality is there, but the quantity is truly limited, and this can leave you slightly disappointed, especially considering the price. With slightly larger portions or slightly lower prices, the experience would be truly impeccable. That said, everything else was practically perfect: the service, ambiance, and overall quality are top-notch. It's a restaurant I definitely recommend, especially to those looking for a refined setting and well-crafted cuisine, while keeping this small aspect in mind. A well-deserved 4-star rating, with the potential to easily become a 5-star.

21/10/2025: Definitely recommended. 1. You can park in front of the building 2. The staff (Giovanni) is super kind & helpful 3. The room, kitchen, bathroom are clean 4. The kitchen is amazing! It has microwave, dishwasher, oven, utensils, etc 5. The area is quiet, perfect place to rest

The host is simply charming and available for everything The apartment was super comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with an amazing view and relatively large And most importantly, the apartment is about a 20 minute drive from Ortisei and the town itself has some great restaurants and is really sweet and beautiful!

01/03/2026: I've been there four times in the last few months, and twice they got my pizza wrong (once the ingredients were wrong, and once they only gave me one slice instead of two). Tonight, I waited over thirty minutes and got home with a half-burned pizza.

27/02/2026: My experience was very different from some of the reviews I've read here. I visited this restaurant with friends and we particularly appreciated the friendliness of the owner, Luciano, and the delicious food. The rooms were clean and welcoming, albeit basic, but with a TV. My experience was decidedly positive, so I don't understand the "unfounded" negative reviews that benefit neither the recipient nor the writer. Well done, Luciano! Keep up the good work!
