08/01/2025: Everything in this place is absolutely amazing! Starting from the selection and quality of the ingredients, moving to the absolutely sweet and caring staff. I have been there twice, but I would go there way more often if I could! Me and my friends got the gnocco fritto to share, pizza valdostana and a gourmet pizza with burrata. Everything was exceptionally good, and the prices are perfect for the quality they offer, if not cheap. Absolutely recommend. Keep it up, Carpe Diem!

03/01/2025: Traditional restaurant with local cuisine rich in quality and prepared with skill. We had an excellent pappardelle with white wild boar ragù with a rough pastry and very tasty meat. The roe deer carbonada melted and the accompanying polenta with the aroma of embers went very well. In addition we also asked for seasonal vegetables and they were available to prepare them, in an excellent way among other things. How sweet is pain perdu done to perfection! A plus to the service and friendliness of the waitress who made us have a wonderful evening. We will gladly return

01/01/2025: I stayed with my girlfriend and another couple of friends for two nights, the hotel is located in an excellent position near the motorway exit, ten minutes away from Saint Vincent. The hotel is very well looked after and clean as are the rooms, the service is impeccable thanks to the presence of the director Debora who is of a kindness and friendliness that cannot even be found in 4/5 star hotels, it is clear that her unique priority is to make the customer satisfied and we leave this little experience more than satisfied, we will definitely return and I absolutely recommend it as a hotel
