31/08/2024: Both the place and the service are exquisite, not to mention the food, all the dishes we ordered were spectacular in flavor. The proximity product is noticeable. It's worth the price you pay.
Try to arrive at sunset time, the views are beautiful.

23/08/2024: Upon arrival, from the outside, the place is not very inspiring, especially due to the location. As soon as you cross the threshold you enter a very welcoming environment, excellently furnished. Friendly and competent staff. Very good dishes (at least the ones we ate) and prices, for the general average prices you now find around, normal.

22/08/2024: Very nice and welcoming location with excellent Umbrian cuisine. We took an excellent platter full of typical local goodness, pasta flavored in the form of pecorino (umbricelli cheese and pepper) with a Catalan cream (all the desserts are home-made, expertly prepared by the owner).
Located in the municipality of Magione (pearl of Lake Trasimeno) it is an excellent refreshment point for a quiet evening.
The service perhaps a little too fast, not compatible with the length of the stay.

25/07/2024: It's already the second time we've had dinner here, welcoming environment and friendly, quick staff. The cured meats are out of this world, you can feel that it is genuine and quality food, as are the first and second courses. The farm is very beautiful, with the animals well kept and clean.
Don't forget to try the tiramisu, the best way to end dinner.

21/07/2024: Excellent farmhouse/restaurant located 3 minutes by car from Magione and 10 from San Feliciano (Lake Trasimeno). I stayed one night as I was registered for the 34 km of the Strasimeno and I had a very good time. The double bedroom was equipped with a mosquito net (not all country facilities have it, trust me) and a bathtub (spectacular for post-race). The restaurant was really nice, the staff was super friendly and the dishes were really excellent, from the cold cuts to the homemade pasta to the tiramisu. I recommend accompanying everything with a bottle of Trasimeno (red wine) and at the end drinking a nice glass of Amaro del Doganiere. Truly congratulations to everyone.

Our 2 dogs were served water directly. Nice view of the lake. Well ventilated and pleasant terrace. Small full of games for children.
We have eaten well.

06/08/2024: Perhaps unfairly considered plan B compared to the nearby similar venue, it instead deserves the utmost consideration for a stopover. Tasty food and timely service. Of course, the view and the general context are not extremely picturesque, but if you want to eat in company, with satisfaction and tranquility, well you shouldn't neglect it at all. Advised
04/08/2024: You pay directly at the cashier then the staff serves the tables with excessive speed, considering that the second courses arrive when you are halfway through the first course.
Quality of
good food considering the prices.
If you're passing through, hungry and want to spend little, you're in the right place.
The lighting above the tables should be cleaned, it is dirty and full of cobwebs.

12/08/2024: How nice to enter a place by chance and be greeted with unparalleled courtesy.
We had a small aperitif (the raw food was excellent), the owner and Catia are lovely people, it would be worth going just for the two of them, but the place is nice and very clean, the cold cuts are good!!!
26/03/2024: A special little place in the heart of Magione, with excellent attention to detail and super welcoming.
Sabrina, the owner, will welcome you with her splendid smile and kindness and will make sure you feel pampered with her delicious dishes and special aperitifs.
Give yourself a try and you won't regret it! Super recommended!

06/09/2023: Location between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia, connected by the highway and easily accessible. The structure shows the signs of time and would need a major renovation but: the environment that takes you back in time, the private parking, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the abundant and varied breakfast make up for it perfectly. A walk in the garden, a swim in the pool and a look at the noticeboards where toys and memories of times gone by are collected. Advised.

25/09/2023: We came across Giramondo Restaurant on our cycle ‘Giro Lago Trasimeno’!
What a fab place this is, service was friendly helpful and really excellent, we sat outside/outside and were treated to a superb lunchtime feast washed down with a very lovely house red wine and an espresso to get us going again. Very reasonable in price and good quality food with superb views of the Lago to boot. If I was passing again I wouldn’t hesitate to eat there ….although perhaps would need a bigger cushion on the bike saddle this time.

14/08/2024: Although a small and inconspicuous restaurant by the side of the road. It had the best Carbonara and Pizza we have ever tasted. Very pleasant service and overall comforting atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting or even making a detour for.
14/08/2024: We came because my husband has celiac disease and is a pizza lover and it was a wonderful discovery to find this place which offers delicious pizzas (both gluten-free and normal) with quality ingredients! Top gluten-free ice cream! We also really liked the place with its vintage flavor. Excellent distances between tables, also considering that we had a stroller with us. Super friendly staff. We'll come back to try first and second courses ❤️

06/07/2024: Lo frequentiamo ormai da tanti anni e pur essendo residenti in una città di mare il pesce del Trasimeno da Settimio vale per noi il viaggio.
Tante le specialità offerte e tutte con un prodotto sicuramente pescato in loco.
Offerta di vini in bottiglia anche di costo limitato ma validi.
Servizio cortese ed efficiente.
Bellissimo il panorama che si gode dai tavoli.
Prezzi contenuti: antipasto, primo, secondo, bottiglia di vino, acqua, caffè circa 40€ a testa
29/06/2024: Purtroppo non ho potuto cenare/pranzare in questo posto ma solo soggiornare.
Andavamo a Perugia per un concerto e così ho chiamato prima per sapere come si dovesse fare. Mi sono stati dati dei codici con i quali facilmente siamo entrati a tarda ora, saltando il check in che avremmo fatto il giorno dopo. La stanza è semplice, con un balconcino che ha la vista sul lago Trasimeno. Il bagno va bene così come la pulizia. Buona la colazione, servizio molto cortese.

Ci siamo presentati per pranzo con un leggero anticipo presso il locale. Ad accoglierci è stata una donna di mezza età, che con fare arrogante ci ha invitati ad attendere dieci minuti fuori dal ristorante sotto la calura di luglio.
Premetto che uno dei commensali ha 86 anni e l’altra aveva evidente difficoltà a deambulare in quanto munita di bastone di appoggio.
Increduli per la mediocre accoglienza, abbiamo comunque deciso di pranzare nel locale. Purtroppo, le pietanze servite, oltre ad essere di quantità esigua, si presentavano scialbe, poco fantasiose e prive di sapore. Durante tutto il pranzo non vi sono stati altri avventori; considerato che era venerdì, ci saremmo aspettati un ristorante gremito.
L'unica nota positiva che mi sento di elogiare va alla giovane ragazza che ci ha servito. Si è distinta per educazione e professionalità, riuscendo a non essere mai invadente.
Ritengo la mia esperienza in questo locale alquanto negativa e sembra in linea con altre dello stesso tenore. La ristorazione è un'altra cosa…
09/04/2024: Sono anni che andiamo in questo ristorante, ogfre pietanze di mare e lago, e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti, la pizza è cotta su forno a legna, e ha un profumino che mette l acquolina, di certo ritorneremo,

Ho preso un calice di vino bianco, immediatamente mi ci cade un insetto, chiedo al titolare ( simpatia pura ) gentilmente di cambiarmelo, la sua risposta è stata io per questa volta le rido’ un altro bicchiere ma se a lei non va bene stare sotto gli alberi vada al chiuso e non venga più da noi. L’educazione mi ha imposto di non rispondere con le parole ma con i fatti.
Poteva dirmi la stessa cosa con educazione e gentilezza, l ’avrei apprezzato! A mai
