30/08/2025: If you're on the E45 near San Sepolcro, exit at Selci Lama or San Giustino, and five minutes into Pistrino you'll find this restaurant. You might be thinking, "What do you want to find in Pistrino that's worth the detour?" I'll tell you: you'll find an honest restaurant with very well-cooked dishes, excellent ingredients, helpful and fast staff, and very fair prices. The detour is highly recommended, believe me!

16/07/2025: The place is enchanting.
Relaxing, gentle, intimate, and bright. And then dining under a loggia with a splendid view and a pleasant breeze is fantastic.
You can sense the passion and care of Chef Gloria in the kitchen and Luciano in the dining room.
In fact, we loved everything, from the delicious mushroom croquettes, to the pici (fabulous) and the tartare, all the way to the dessert.

Excellent menu with something for everyone.
Exquisite dishes, carefully prepared with quality ingredients.
And a fantastic wine list, including excellent Umbrian wines!
And all of this in a charming setting with friendly and professional service!
Definitely worth a detour (on foot or by car)!
