18/01/2025: Norma is the place to be. Young, professional, capable and motivated staff. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. All the sushi we tried was excellent, as were the other appetizers. Really good cocktails (one leads to another). Last but not least... there is also the possibility of playing chess. Memorable experience.

14/01/2025: Went for dinner and ordered cocktails and sushi. The cocktails were the best part of the experience- sooo yummy and well done! I was even pleasantly surprised by the effort they gave to the atmosphere (definitely measurably better than other places in town) and the service was great. The music was a bit loud, but that could just be my sensitivity. Overall, I was expecting to have a nice dinner but boy was I disappointed by the food. To start, the sushi rice (which is the most fundamental part of sushi) was horribly done- it was weirdly al dente, very undercooked and crunchy in a bad way. So it ruined the entire meal because all we ordered was sushi. The rolls with fried food inside were edible but the raw fish they served us was poor quality and tasted fishy. At the end we weren’t even able to eat the scallop nigiri because the taste was so off putting. I left with a stomach ache and today (the day after) im experiencing food poising (wont get into detail). Overall, I really wanted it to be good! I was so excited by their concept and happy to be somewhere serving upscale international cuisine, which can be hard to come by in this zone, but was severely let down by the quality of the food, and their technique in preparing sushi needs a lot of work. Perhaps its our fault for not trying the warm dishes, but most of the menu is sushi, so we expected it to be done better.

24/12/2024: Siamo capitati per caso ma amiamo questo posto. Dalla qualità super dei piatti alla gentilezza e cordialità della padrona di casa. Siamo stati accolti subito come se fossimo di famiglia. Il prezzo è onesto considerando che siamo molto vicini ad Assisi e rispecchia in pieno la quantità e la qualità del cibo. Torneremo sicuramente da queste parti :)
