27/02/2025: I am a regular customer of the Putipù Pizzeria and so far I have always had a great time. The pizza has always been excellent, with a light and digestible dough. Last night, however, I decided to try the 'all you can eat' formula with a group of friends and we were disappointed. The dough seemed different from usual, less refined and heavier, as if they had chosen a 'b series' dough. I hope it was just an isolated case, because Pizzeria Putipù remains one of my favorite pizzerias. I would still recommend trying the à la carte pizza, which has always been excellent.

21/03/2025: Disappointed and would not recommend. I’ve lived here for over 12 years, I’m passionate about cycling, and I’ve stopped by this café many times. Never thought I’d experience something like this. Dropped in for an espresso and decided to treat myself to the smallest dessert – a tiny (literally 5 cm²) carrot cake. It arrived piping hot from the microwave. When the waitress took it away, I thought she might decorate it or improve the presentation – but no, it was just reheated. Well, okay, not tasty, but I wasn’t craving sweets anyway. Then came the real shock: at checkout, this miniature cake was €6, the same price as much larger, more substantial desserts like Sachertorte and strudel. Even the waitress admitted this made no sense but said she "couldn’t do anything about it." On my way back, I stopped by again to speak with the manager. And that’s when things got really bad: The manager was "in a meeting" and couldn’t be bothered. They told me I could wait, but I replied that he should be the one waiting for his customers. When I asked again for him to come out, a young, cocky barista butted in, saying: "Can’t you read? It says all desserts are €6. You ate it – you pay!" When I pointed out the cake was awful and ridiculously small, he deliberately spoke aggressively, knowing I don’t speak Italian, and almost started a fight. The only saving grace was a kind waitress who listened, apologized, refunded my money, and admitted that most of the staff are "not local" and simply don’t understand the concept of hospitality or customer service. I’m shocked. I’ve lived here for 12+ years, I’m deeply involved in sports, I visit many cycling cafés – but I’ve never encountered anything like this. Trento has a fantastic Bici Grill, and near Verona, there’s a lovely café right on the cycling path. But here? Just pretentiousness, bad service, and arrogance. It’s embarrassing for the region and the industry. Many of my clients and friends come here for the sport, the atmosphere, and the hospitality. But this place? I won’t be recommending it.

16/03/2025: We came today for a snack. Unfortunately we found a waitress who was not familiar with the menu offered - perhaps due to tiredness - and was not informed about customers' intolerances (gluten and lactose). Finally they inform us that we can only order two things from the menu because the kitchen is busy with a private event. I believe it is therefore worth reserving the space for those who occupy the room, rather than offering a service like this. We have always had a good time in the past, but this time badly. Even for celiacs, it would be enough to keep two packaged gluten-free products so as to have a solution in case of need.

26/09/2024: We drank our first espresso in the café and were immediately hooked. We had to recreate it at home because the quality and selection is great. The visit to the shop and museum was very worthwhile, informative, with great advice and subsequent purchase of several types of coffee bags. We'll be back 👍🌞

22/03/2025: Excellent food and affordable prices, a note of merit is the workers' menu which is accessible to everyone if you want to have lunch spending a little and they eat very well. The service is quite fast even when the place is full. Compared to other restaurants I also found the environment very pleasant and not cacophonous when the room is full. Fun note: reaching the bathroom is an adventure as it is located on the opposite side of the place. I think the whole place is easily accessible even in a wheelchair without too much difficulty. Very small note of demerit: there is little parking and you often have to park on the street. Overall a place where I would return every week to eat Price range: Workers' menu €13.50 first course, second course, side dish, water, wine and I think coffee A la carte menu we ate a fried food divided into 4 and 4 fish first courses with wine and water €25 per person, everything really excellent

01/04/2025: One of a kind in Rovereto, it is more than a traditional bakery, it is more than a traditional bistro; it is a point of reference for Veg friends and onnovores looking for new energy. Annanalisa welcomes its customers with over decades of impeccable professionalism, joviality and competence. Great connoisseur of the products she uses and sells, as are all the staff who support her. Whether it's breakfast, brunch or a snack, it's really worth going for a look, if only for the "air you breathe" in the place.

08/03/2025: I went to this place for lunch. It promised well but unfortunately I was very disappointed: microscopic portions, high prices and dubious quality (I took spelled: it was very salty and full of oil).

04/01/2025: Come sempre io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti davvero colpiti da questo ristorante! Le Tagliatelle al Cervo erano un’esplosione di sapori e super delicati, la Parmigiana di Melanzane semplicemente divina come la faceva la mia nonna, i Paccheri con la Bufala, le Polpette di Salsiccia e Patate e la pizza… una vera delizia, con un impasto perfetto e ingredienti freschissimi. Il personale è stato come sempre incredibilmente cortese e attento, nonostante il locale fosse pienissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla titolare del locale Irma, che con il suo sorriso stampato sul viso ormai da 25 anni e gentilezza ci fa sentire sempre a casa. La qualità dei piatti e i prezzi competitivi in giro rendono questo posto una rarità, soprattutto di questi tempi in cui tutto sembra essere così costoso. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci ancora e vivere un’altra esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile! Complimenti davvero! Siete semplicemente i migliori!!!

But finding your pizzeria as available on JustEat and then discovering that you are on holiday demonstrates little attention towards the customer and profound superficiality. Everyone deserves a break from work but this also entails the responsibility to communicate it on all the channels that YOU have decided to open. Being on JustEat is not an obligation.
