We were amazed to find a restaurant that presents traditional Trentino cuisine and, with the management taking over from the old owners, has also introduced Indian cuisine! Both left us satisfied, together with the kindness of the service and the cleanliness of the environment, classic and welcoming. Well done!

02/01/2025: Good impression as soon as we entered as the kitchen had the doors open showing the cleanliness and the chefs at work. Friendly and smiling dining room staff, as soon as we entered they offered us a glass of prosecco and a potato omelette with lard. Good risotto and strangolapreti elegantly plated. Excellent homemade tender cake. Absolutely positive opinion

04/01/2025: Nice experience at the Novecento restaurant inside the Rovereto hotel where we stayed for a few days. The rooms are beautiful and well structured with plenty of space between one table and another also because they have a "boiled meat trolley", which is much appreciated, to be moved around the rooms. All the dishes we tasted were very good and the pizzas and desserts were excellent. The quality level of the products used is high and the service attentive. Absolutely worth trying!

03/01/2025: My wife and I had dinner in this beautiful place in the center of Rovereto, what can I say, the service was exceptional, the staff were highly professional and kind, the food was delicious with high quality ingredients, the dishes were plentiful and well presented, the prices were absolutely correct and average. , I can only recommend this restaurant, keep up the good work!!!! If you are passing through Rovereto and are looking for a place to have lunch or dinner you absolutely must stop by this restaurant. Vote 10

14/02/2025: I ordered two takeaway pizzas saying that I would pick them up at 8.10pm, once I arrived, after 20 minutes had already passed I asked the waiters three times how long it would take and all three times they told me it wasn't long, they made me wait up until 9pm. I will never go back there again

06/02/2025: It's all great! Food, service, location...but if we want to find a small flaw...the central room (in front of the pizza oven) when it is full of customers, is really noisy and it is difficult to talk to those in front of you. For the rest it is truly the best

29/01/2025: Top restaurant for fish lovers, but the pizza is also excellent! I highly recommend trying the Positano pizza, truly special. I was there last night and I was super satisfied. Great service and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

26/01/2025: Mi sono fermata per caso durante il rientro da un weekend sulla neve. Ho ordinato una pizza all’italiana presentata benissimo, peccato che il prosciutto crudo fosse di qualche giorno Prima e la burrata del giorno ancora prima . Ho praticamente avanzato 3/4 di pizza ( in 50 anni credo che sia stata la prima volta ) inoltre la cameriera al ritiro del piatto pur vedendo che non avevo mangiato nulla non si è neppure preoccupata di chiedermi se ci fossero dei prob, ( chissà perché ) idem alla cassa durante il pagamento . Per quanto mi riguarda vi sconsiglio di prendere la pizza .
