The pizzas are also very light, making them suitable for those with stomach problems because the dough is left to rise for 48 hours. The restaurant is therefore of a high quality, and the service is excellent. They are very kind to customers, especially those with disabilities, and are very courteous.

The only flaw, in my opinion, is the bookshop, which has gone from being a place full of art books and more to something more like a stationery shop selling all sorts of gadgets. 08/10/2025: An architecturally fascinating structure. It houses permanent exhibitions, including a Futurist section, which I recommend combining with a visit to the nearby Casa futurista Depero. Various painting and photography exhibitions are regularly held.

07/10/2025: A very positive experience 😊 Very nice and well-kept place, impeccable service. Extremely courteous staff, and the waiter accommodated a request I had that wasn't on the menu. They pay close attention to intolerances, and offer many gluten-free options (suitable for celiacs). Really fair prices, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. My only negative: the gluten-free pizza could have been cooked a little longer; it was a bit pale. (Bonus: still-warm bread and a greeting from the kitchen with a small pumpkin soup) Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: The paccheri with octopus ragù was good. Service was quick and efficient. I didn't like the gourmet cleanup despite the well-risen dough. We also had a Margherita for the child, but it was practically inedible due to the quality of the mozzarella (it had a bad smell). The pizza prices were excessive. The atmosphere was very nice.

16/10/2025: The restaurant is very beautiful and centrally located: the food is traditional local cuisine, hearty, tasty, and easily digestible. Service was also prompt, despite the restaurant being packed. The only downside is that the tables are very close together, and since it's a single room, it's very noisy.

04/10/2025: I had the game tagliatelle and a glass of red wine. I would have liked to try something else, but I didn't because I was alone for lunch. I'll be back with friends; the atmosphere in the deconsecrated church is very romantic. I paid €27, including coffee.

20/08/2025: Trattoria near the Mart Museum. As soon as you enter, you're transported to another era. Daily specials and also à la carte. An elderly lady served us immediately and was very kind. Delicious traditional dishes and excellent value. Substantial dishes. We'll return as soon as possible.

I'd heard good things about the pizza, so I went for that, but I was pleasantly surprised by the appetizers and sides: delicious! 18/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff and owner. This is definitely not a place for small children, and unfortunately, this is the first, and hopefully last, experience I've had. Furthermore, reading the responses to other customers' reviews, I've noticed a consistent tendency on the part of management to justify themselves or respond irritably to any criticism, rather than showing openness to improvement. I fully understand that not all establishments are designed to be family-friendly, but being polite and professional should be the foundation for any business open to the public.

But if we listen to people who have had direct experience, they talk about something completely different, and they are looking for staff all the time. I don't know, but for the owner of the place, I don't work well, in fact they don't want to learn how to work. Despite this, he sits in the armchair playing with his phone and if he wants, he gets up annoyed by certain people, and many others out of interest and immediately ready and friendly. In any case, if someone is looking for work experience, think very carefully.
