05/01/2025: Let's start by saying that we specifically went to this restaurant, intrigued by the reviews which do not always reflect our personal experiences. However, I must say that 5 stars are too few for us... We hadn't booked and there wouldn't have been room if by chance a family of three hadn't canceled a moment before our arrival. I'll start with the environment, truly welcoming. It feels like entering a (large) private tavern rather than a public establishment. The warm atmosphere, the soft lights, the ethnic objects hanging on the walls and the division into various not very large rooms enhance this sensation. Staff who are truly both professional and friendly (it's not easy to combine the two). After a short while of sitting down, some homemade bread with a chickpea-based mousse arrived. both excellent. We took fettuccine with tomato sauce for the little girl, an appetizer, spiced pumpkin flan with robiola and hazelnut foam, very good and tasty, and a first course, ravioli with cheese, pepper and crispy Jerusalem artichoke which seem easy but are actually a tricky dish. All the flavors were very balanced and you could taste both the cheese and the pepper. the Jerusalem artichoke was quite neutral but provided crunch and went very well with the other flavours. Highly recommended. Followed by rabbit roll, celeriac and potato polenta and Trentino-style cod, these are also two amazing dishes. To finish, 2 desserts, a perfect tenerina (my wife is a tenerina expert as well as a great lover) and a cinnamon semifreddo with plums... which was the icing on the cake of my dinner. Never eaten in my life but absolutely worth trying again as the mix of flavors creates a sublime effect in the mouth for me. We will definitely be back.

05/01/2025: We enjoyed chef Riccardo's cuisine on the first evening of 2025 and it was a very pleasant start... tasting the dishes makes you understand the title of Oste 2024... absolutely deserved!!!! I add a compliment to the staff... welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable also regarding the pairing of wines and grappa! We can't wait to return!!!! Good work and a big THANK YOU

04/01/2025: I recently visited Bandus Braci e Pizza and I must say I had a very good time. Fantastic service and hospitality, compliments to the hosts who always make you feel welcome. A special thanks also to Kenia and the rest of the staff who are truly very kind and polite. Fantastic dishes, I highly recommend the dishes with meat, super soft and really good. Really delicious desserts. Excellent beers and wines too. Super recommended! Until next time!!

05/01/2025: We went for dinner for a pizza as we were around Levico at the Christmas markets. Everything perfect, shame about the service being a little "cold" and not attentive to customers Maybe because the place was very full. I highly recommend it, we will return.

We took the venison cheek component with polenta, the casapezzi, venison body and some penne with ragù for my daughter, all really very very very good, the game was excellent, the guinzale And the deer melted in your mouth, the polentiera was delicious, the casaliti had an exceptional filling, I recommend it really for families informal traditional good price €70 2 first courses 2 second courses water and coffee

23/12/2024: We only bought Italian ice cream here. The majority of flavors are relatively neutral. The only thing that tastes really good is the chocolate ice cream. Then enjoy your meal!

31/10/2024: Beautiful restaurant overlooking Lake Levico, with the possibility of eating inside or on a closed veranda that directly overlooks the shores of the lake. The view is truly wonderful and the atmosphere of the place is relaxing, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of wines. The food was of good quality, although the portions are not very large. There were 5 of us and we took some dishes from the menu, including spaghetti cacio e pepe with prawn tartare, sliced ​​tuna with sesame, cabbage salad with speck and apple and spaghetti with seafood-type sauce. We found the cacio e pepe a little dry, while the tuna was very good, but I recommend specifying the cooking time if you prefer it a little less cooked on the inside. The cabbage salad with speck and apple is excellent. Prices appropriate to the location.

22/12/2024: Typical mountain cuisine, where it is possible to taste game dishes such as venison with polenta or tagliatelle with venison sauce, sublime to say the least. Booked for a special occasion, highly recommended.

25/12/2024: We had lunch at Christmas; everything perfect from the food, to the service and the beauty of the location which enjoys a beautiful and wide view. I gave some dishes a 10, such as the pumpkin flan 🎃 with sabbionara fondue and potato and leek cream and roasted scallop...... I would stay here again and recommend it. Christmas 2024 we returned for lunch and I confirm the 5 star review.
