13/05/2025: Found by chance on the way back from a game of our daughters, there were about thirty of us and I was afraid that a last minute reservation would have created problems, instead no problem, they reserved a quiet area of ​​the place for us and the service was impeccable and fast, tasty and different dishes from the usual and very popular pizzas, I'm already recommending to friends if they are in the area to stop by and we too will gladly return if there is an opportunity!

22/05/2025: Eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit einem grossartigen Ambiente. Leider waren die Oizzen alle in der Mitte nicht durchgebacken - kann passieren. Nudeln waren sehr gut. Wir hatten einne etwas übermotivierten "Touristenkellner" der uns nicht richtig verstanden hat oder wollte. Er hat bei jeder Bestellung versucht hat uns eine Sache zuviel unterzujubeln - z.B. 4 Ramazotti - er brachte 5 (5 Personen) 4 Vorspeisen mit fünf Tellern, wir sollten besser 5 nehmen (3 mal erwähnt) ansonsten ok.

05/05/2025: Capitati per caso durante una gita in giornata a Levico con la famiglia, il locale è proprio sul lago, quindi si raggiunge a piedi dalla spiaggia e si presenta subito con una vista splendida. Il personale è gentile e preparato, e i piatti davvero buonissimi e con una bella varietà. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è che come dessert offrono la possibilità di prendere 10 assaggi di dolci diversi, tutti squisiti. Infine, cosa per nulla scontata, hanno il menu bambini e regalano colori e fogli ad ogni bimbo per ingannare l'attesa. Prezzi onesti per ciò che offrono. Se torneremo a Levico, torneremo anche qui!

18/04/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Stunning place, impeccable service and the food too! Advise! Too bad it was a rainy day which didn't allow us to enjoy the external beauty of the place.

23/03/2025: Wedding 09/24 We chose Prime Rose for the catering of our wedding, and our experience was a mix of emotions. We were initially won over by Emanuela's charisma, who was very professional and friendly in our first meetings when choosing the menu, but unfortunately, during the wedding day some aspects did not go as we expected. As for the food, we can't help but compliment it: every dish was of excellent quality and our guests appreciated it very much. However, the organization of the day left much to be desired. Unfortunately, with the arrival of the rain, the aperitif we had planned outdoors was interrupted, and we expected part of it to be served in the dining room. Instead, nothing was brought inside, and we were made to start lunch an hour early, creating a bit of confusion. In the dining room, service management was not optimal. There were two waiters: one with more experience, but who seemed unmotivated, and a young and inexperienced girl. The result was that some moments, such as the distribution of drinks and time management, were poorly taken care of. Another point that disappointed us was the cutting of the cake: scheduled for 7-7.30pm, it was served at 5.30pm, leaving us then with an hour and a half of waiting without doing anything. During this period, the tables of the elderly guests were not served with sparkling wine, and we were told that, since the cake was being cut outdoors, everyone had to get up to get the drink. This situation has never happened to us on other occasions. Even the cocktail corner, planned during the evening, did not meet expectations. The bartender was almost "hidden", and many guests came to ask us where he was. Furthermore, we had agreed on free focaccias for the evening, but in the end during the party, all the paid piadinas were served first, and, when these were finished, we were told that it was not appropriate to serve the focaccias, despite it being a previously established agreement. In conclusion, the food was undoubtedly a strong point, but the organization and management of the service was disappointing. We were hoping for a smoother experience that was in line with expectations, especially considering the professionalism initially shown.

01/01/2025: Dipendenti gentili... titolare esosa...non siamo turisti da spennare grazie ai mercatini perciò il bicchiere di prosecco e uno di birra bionda piccolo 10 euro mi sembrano un esagerazione tanto da non invogliarci a prendere magari altro .... ma ....per me potete d'ora in avanti farlo pagare anche di più... abito qui e il mio prosecco lo berrò non sicuramente da voi grazie

03/05/2025: Ci siamo stati dopo aver visto la Lupa di Vaia in occasione anche della gara automobilistica Levico Vetriolo. Posto bellissimo in stile Trentino abbiamo mangiato sotto la veranda. Dopo aver ordinato ci hanno omaggiato di un antipasto da dividere buonissimo ed è stato davvero un bel pensiero. La Signora che ci ha servito simpatica e gentile. Era tutto ottimo davvero....

22/12/2024: Typical mountain cuisine, where it is possible to taste game dishes such as venison with polenta or tagliatelle with venison sauce, sublime to say the least. Booked for a special occasion, highly recommended.
