03/06/2025: Yes, the service and the food here are really good. The only exception is the blonde lady (presumably the restaurant manager) who needs to work on her manner (very bossy and not at all customer-oriented). You get the impression that you order quickly, eat, pay, and leave quickly, and you should also refrain from asking for another table. Training on how to deal with guests and their criticism would certainly be very helpful. It's a shame about this restaurant; otherwise, it would have received a better rating.

03/06/2025: The service rating would also be 6 stars. Unfortunately, there's no option for price/performance, although in my opinion this would be the best way to rate it. The Burggräfler Weinstube also gets a 5⭐️.

26/07/2025: Easily reached by cable car from Tirolo in just a few minutes. Picture-perfect views of Merano. The food is excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly.

26/07/2025: Like every year, we were at the Patriarch with friends yesterday and let the fantastic culinary delights of your establishment melt in our mouths. It's a real treat to enter your beautiful, tastefully decorated establishment. When the staff, like me at your place, greet you with a friendly "Grüss Gott" paired with an unmistakable smile, you notice that people matter most here, both as employees and guests. This truly pleasant, friendly atmosphere extends into the kitchen as well. In the restaurant industry, it's often particularly difficult to remain pleasant, because the times we live in seem to bring more and more dissatisfied people to light. Therefore, we would like to restore balance and thank you for the lovely evening. Life is beautiful; yesterday was the best proof of that. 16/07/2025: The pasta was good and served in a special pan, but my lunchmate's chicken fillet had no flavor and the salad was covered in watery sauce. The service was basic and fast.

04/06/2025: A fantastic restaurant with a wonderful view of the mountains. The food is absolutely delicious 😋 The owner is super friendly...as are the staff...we'd love to come back.

06/07/2025: The food was very good, but the prices were rather high! The ravioli was more like an appetizer, but very tasty. No reservations were possible, so we got there very early to get a seat in the beer garden. The food was better than it was two years ago.

29/06/2025: I went to Tirolo for a 12-day motorcycle vacation in 2022, and at least 10 of those I ate at "Schlecht'n Seppl." It was a truly wonderful experience, the way I was greeted and served. The food was simply fantastic; we ate the entire menu; there was nothing to complain about. Now I'm on vacation with my wife in the Passeier Valley, and today, despite the distance to Tirolo, I ate there for the second time. Nothing has changed; yesterday, on our first visit, Philip actually recognized me after three years of abstinence, and we immediately felt at home again. Please keep up the good work, Philip, I will always come back to eat at your restaurant. Best regards, Ralf
