30/10/2024: The food at Agriteca is delicious. Started lunch with the Parmigiana Flan that was unexpectedly out of this world. The Roast Beef with Salsa Tonnata was light and full of flavor. Ordered the Lavender Panna Cotta with Pesche was a delight. Light, fresh and delicious. All had with the San Gimignano Vernaccia. Will definitely come again.
29/10/2024: What the young boss and his boys conjure up in the small kitchen is very strong at absolutely fair prices. Small menu but every dish is a dream in itself, local typical dishes with local products - from oil to pasta. We ate almost up and down the menu - everything was delicious. There is also warm hospitality and regional things to take away, like fresh oil right now. When we get back, we'll go back in there. All the best!

02/01/2025: Before talking about food, an impromptu thought: how beautiful are the people who know how to make a restaurant "home"!
I am referring to the two ladies - and I say ladies out of respect, but they are two beautiful and very friendly young women - who serve in the dining room and always smile, understanding the needs of all the customers.
Now let's talk about the flask of good red wine, the juicy one and a half kilo Florentine steak accompanied by homemade fries, like my mother used to make many years ago.
Let's also talk about the excellent fresh bread, with which we accompanied a small but tasty platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
And finally let's also talk about the dessert, a very soft sponge cake, with cream and a drop of alchermes, exquisite in its simplicity.
We had a great time and ate just as much, with an extraordinary quality-price ratio.
Lastly, but very important for those who have a dog with them: our Franco was welcomed with great warmth and friendliness.
Must try!
02/01/2025: When you work with a smile, especially when it comes to cooking for people, you have already won from the start. At Trattoria La Fornace the managers look after their customers, more than anything else. Certainly thanks to the fact that everyone in the area probably knows each other a little, we really had the impression of being invited to a big lunch with friends, due to the atmosphere between the tables.
Coming to the food: sincere, typical and above all delicious cuisine, from the appetizer to the dessert, including a 1.5 kg Florentine steak of which we literally left only the bone.

25/11/2024: I met them while passing by for a day on business and I was immediately struck by the multipurpose environment (aperitif, lunch, dinner) and their welcome. The 3 sisters take turns with their children and convey a great passion. The choice of wines and beers is excellent to enhance the dishes which are prepared every day with fresh, excellent quality products. A place where you can feel at home at any time of the day. Every time I pass through those parts, I can't help but pass by theirs.

"Location, location a great spot for a romantic sunset dinner with great views. However that would be under selling this restaurant as the food is spectacular. Yes some argue it’s a stretch to call it pizza. But this interpretation with the quality of the ingredients will leave you amazed. Sylvia’s caring attention to the service is matched by Tommaso’s culinary creativity. The simplest of dishes are transformed by the use of high quality local produce."
'Great value at very reasonable Italian prices
I will just add l, bring a warm top to wear if booked a table outside with a view, as the temperature does drop at certain times of the year.

05/04/2024: C'era solo pizza nel menù. Ho trovato una pasta molto buona e digeribile, con verdure miste, ma veramente di tutti i tipi (almeno 8)

22/03/2024: Un oasi della pizza in mezzo alle campagne senesi. Quando affamati per un’esclusione si approda in questo ristorante si viene accolti da ragazzi giovani educati ed entusiasti. Ottime le pizze e anche, che non guasta, il conto. Da ritornare

07/12/2024: Ero cliente affezionato da anni di questo ristorante/pizzeria. Locale con una posizione fantastica, ottima la pizza, mentre la cucina tradizionale lascia comunque un po a desiderare.....molto approssimativa.....a novembre sono stata di nuovo qui a cena ed ho ordinato pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale, che a mio avviso non sapevano molto di cinghiale.....l'ho fatto presente alla cameriera e dopo pochi minuti è uscita in sala la cuoca che , davanti a tutti, mi ha apostrofato dicendo che mi ero permessa di accusarla nientemeno che di frode....di voler servire del comune ragù al posto del cinghiale! Io in realtà Le avevo solo detto che secondo me il piatto non era stato preparato come si deve perché tutto sembrava tranne sugo di cinghiale....Le ho detto che non avrei più messo piede nel locale e la sua risposta è stata " bene!!! Ne sono proprio contenta!!!".....grande maleducata ed arrogante......peccato per il locale: hanno perso 2 Clienti affezionati da circa 10 anni. Mi è dispiaciuto solo per la cameriera Alessia, sempre molto carina , paziente e molto, molto gentile.
