The dishes are exquisite (I recommend the tongue and the meatballs with fried artichokes), and the wine list is extensive and of excellent quality. It's a small place with a maximum capacity of 25 people, so I recommend booking in advance. Don't miss it!

19/12/2025: Authentic Tuscan cuisine at its most beautiful. Flavors and aromas are the strong points. The Papero ragù on the paccheri pasta is excellent. The vegetables are perfectly cooked. The wine list is good, varied, and well-preserved.
07/12/2025: Nice place, but a classic tourist trap: tiny, tasteless chocolate, bland cappuccino, and completely melted cream. I've had better drinks from vending machines.

My room (overlooking the pool) was small but well-maintained...
Comfortable beds
Not all channels were visible in my room.
In the evening, you can hear the train in the distance, but it's not a bother...
The restaurant is good.
The only drawback for those staying here on a business trip is that it's too late after 8:00.
In my case, it should be at 7:00, like in most places...
It's a shame, because the location is a bit out of the way, but very charming...

15/03/2026: A very unique and charming place for those who love combining gastronomy with a touch of history.
The atmosphere is welcoming and filled with antique furnishings.
The spaces are discreet, and there's also the option of eating outside in the private courtyard surrounded by a garden full of plants and flowers.
The staff is very friendly and professional, and wait times are perfectly within normal limits.
The quality of the products used is remarkable.
09/03/2026: I liked the location and the service (even though the place was empty). The food was good: the appetizer was good, the first course was tortelli stuffed with secret ingredients (I want to know what I'm eating). The grill was very dry, I don't think it was a quick dish. The price was quite high.

15/02/2026: Well, what can I say... Tortelli stuffed with orange ricotta (secret recipe because it's so good!) with white duck ragù, the bruschetta is unquestionable, but the wild boar stew is hare?! What are you talking about? Stay tuned, everything's delicious.
The atmosphere is just like home.
The staff is friendly and approachable.
Just like in a real osteria!

01/08/2025: Ciro and his team are absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail is second to none, and the food and wine are simply outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We visited twice during our stay and both evenings were exceptional. From start to finish, everything was perfect – a true highlight of our trip and a meal I will always remember.
Ciro and his team are a true credit to the Meliá.
Highly recommended!
17/07/2025: Ho cenato in questo posto incantevole perchè alloggiavo nel borgo, ha una vista sulla villa dei cento camini e sulle colline.
Cibo ottimo e buona la scelta dei vini. Ho apprezzato anche l'olio di produzione della Tenuta Artimino.

15/12/2024: Festa di compleanno. Porto il giorno prima festoni palloncini e addobbi vari. Arrivo lì e non avevamo addormentato la sala dicendo che non li trovavano più. Passiamo al menu: affettati pessimi. Ribollita totalmente acida è andata. Primo freddo e condimento insistente. Grigliata mista che sembrava gli avanzi degli altri tavoli presi e rimessi in una pirofila e portati. Vino pessimo. Chiedo la carta e in carta ci saranno stati 10vini a prezzi quintuplicati. Il dolce portato da noi. Chiediamo caffè e ammazza caffè e se ne esce il titolare che dobbiamo liberargli la sala perché ha un matrimonio. Se non sapere fare ristorazione fate un altro mestiere. Ah dimenticavo il conto: 50€ a testa. Addio a mai più
02/09/2024: Bel locale a bordo piscina, cibo buono ma personale da rivedere a tratti discutibile a causa di scenate del titolare davanti a clienti non richieste, non professionali e senza opportune motivazioni, con termini non adeguati e spregevoli in ambito lavorativo ( fatto salvo il ragazzo di nome Giuseppe che ha reso tutto il possibile nei limiti di quanto gli fosse concesso ). Prezzi non consoni a quanto servito

A parte la strada un po dissestata e impegnativa nel ultimo chilometro poi merita senz'altro una visita. Bel ambiente esterno , fresco e ventilato , l'ideale per scappare dalla calura estiva.
Tutto a conduzione famigliare , gentilezza e professionalità la fanno da padtone. Pietanze genuine e gustose. L'ideale per una serata rilassante.

20/01/2025: Pranzo domenicale con amici. Abbiamo optato per antipasto misto da condividere e poi ognuno col suo piatto. Sono andato sulla pasta al ragu di coniglio bianco. Pasta fresca e sugo ben fatti. Ottimi anche i dolci. Servizio cortese e abbastanza rapido
19/01/2025: Sono anni che a intervalli diciamo quasi regolari frequento questo posto. Si mangia discretamente ma non è possibile che da anni appunto non venga sia mai stato cambiato il menu, tutti i giorni le stesse cose , paccheri, coniglio all etrusca, peposo il dolce al cioccolato con pepeorncino etc etc Mi domando se anche ai cuochi non gli venga a noia cucinare sempre le stesse cose…bah. Stavolta ci tornerò quando qualcuno mi dirà che hanno cambiato cibo
