18/08/2024: The road to get there is winding, narrow and worn. It is possible to enjoy the beautiful view only if you have a table on the veranda, otherwise inside the environment is small, narrow and not very bright. Slow, unsmiling and unprofessional service. The boy knocked over bottles and plates several times while serving. Average food, nothing outstanding. We have been here a couple of times already but it has gotten worse in quality and service times.

26/10/2024: It's always a pleasure to go to the Focolare and it's like feeling at home. Well-stuffed pizzas, excellent dough and quality raw materials. The first courses are very good...stratospheric dumplings and leave room for desserts. Excellent value for money.. ..Soon.

26/10/2024: A nice surprise, a nice and familiar place, in summer it must be a spectacle both for the view and the coolness. Very good pizza and desserts, very kind and attentive staff, excellent value for money and last but not least the beer list: very varied for any palate. Very Recommended.

18/09/2024: We spent two wonderful night at Tananei which included their farm to table dinner as well as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tour! David and Giorgia are wonderful hosts and David is clearly passionate about his Extra virgin olive oil to the point that he became a sommelier! We learned a lot and throughly enjoyed the experience! There was an education piece, a tasting piece, a walk through the olive groves followed by a dinner that included samples of a number of their amazing oils! My husband and I loved the experience and highly recommend it!! Thank you David!!

We learned much from you David and are forever reading the labels of the Extra Virgin Olive Oils we come across. We have shared the pictures and wonderful experience with many of our friends and will be sure to recommend a visit and home cooked meal to all. Kate and Tony!

06/11/2024: Excellent restaurant as well as the excellent raw materials served. Excellent meat and typical atmosphere of the Tuscan Apennines with the right touch of elegance. Friendly and polite staff, good service attentive to every need. Worth trying especially during the mushroom season

18/08/2024: Nice farmhouse that also acts as a pizzeria also offering its own products (cheeses, honey, jams). It also has a visitable farm. The appetizer consisting of cheeses, cold cuts and croutons was very good, as were the pizzas, thin and well stuffed, very good, we also had a slice of homemade dessert, excellent. The venue also has seats outside. Excellent service from two very fast and friendly girls. Very good prices. It is advisable to book.

19/07/2024: Simply amazing place! Impeccable hospitality, kindness and incredible availability! The room was clean, tidy, with all the essentials! The perfect dinner, at a truly honest price, we ate all local products, everything delicious! Super recommended place if you really want to stay in complete tranquility and enjoy the view and the coolness that comes when the sun goes down! Highly recommended!

19/08/2024: A super nice B&B, the room is really a private apartment with a spacious balcony. Still, the best thing about Locanda Zacco was the incredibly friendly staff. We had a wonderful week because of the hospitality and recommend this B&B to everyone!

01/07/2024: Mi piace andare a mangiare nella montagna pistoiese. Appena entrato, con mia moglie, volevo scappare (dallo squallore dell'ambiente) ma oramai avevo prenotato ed ho pensato che magari, viste le recensioni buone, il gusto ed i sapori ci sarebbero piaciuti. Infatti era squallido con tovaglie di carta solo 3 tavoli occupati da avventori e gli altri tavoli pieni di briciole, dove avevano pranzato i proprietari. Ho ordinato maccheroni ai funghi porcini e scaloppine ai funghi porcini. contorno e acqua e vino della casa. La pasta era sufficientemente buona, di funghi porcini neanche l'ombra. voto 5,5. Poi il secondo scaloppina ai funghi. Immangiabile. sottile, con tanta farina per ammorbidire, si sfilacciava, stracotta con funghi non certamente porcini. La scaloppina era di maiale, (mamma mia che schifo). Non certo da ristorante, ma da pensione di basso livello. voto 3. Le recensioni mi hanno fregato. Non tornerò mai più- Da evitare. Il prezzo decisamente alto per la scarsità e la mediocrità di quanto ricevuto.
