17/01/2025: GROUP EVENING IN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT 👉 I went to this restaurant to participate in a group dinner, in order to celebrate a birthday, with about 40 people with an agreed menu. 👉 The structure, which also offers the possibility of business lunches at affordable prices, is very informal, almost familiar. 👉 It has an external part for summer evenings, which I could only glimpse from the windows. 👉 We ate a red seafood risotto, good and cooked al dente as I like it, some meat tortelli with ragù, also good, like homemade pasta. 👉 As second courses, thinly sliced ​​roast beef-type meat arrived with French fries and the typical mixed fried squid and prawns, quite light in terms of digestibility. 👉 Natural and sparkling water, smooth house wine in a carafe without any particular ideas to point out and baskets of white bread. 👉 Dessert with various decorations and sparkling wine for the toast were brought by the organizers of the evening. 👉 The coffee, also included, was then served directly at the counter. 👉 Many were helpful and friendly in their service during dinner and also in reserving an entire room for us that we had decorated in the afternoon to surprise the birthday boy. 👉 All for 18 Euros each, which certainly makes you lean towards a decidedly convenient price in terms of value for money. 👉 The restaurant is located on Via Pietrasantina, in the municipality of San Giuliano Terme, province of Pisa and easily visible from the road. 👉 Outside it is possible to park for free along the street and also in the many side streets.

05/01/2025: A dream of a restaurant - everything you could wish for, the ambience, the quality of the ingredients, the service both in the summer in the garden and in the winter in the historic vaults of the Count of Pisa. Antonio has been cooking here for 15 years and not only classic Tuscan cuisine but also his own creations. Price performance is fantastic and you can blindly follow the wine recommendations without becoming poor. The Osteria All Ussero immediately became our regular restaurant, we look forward to every visit and seeing Antonio and his team again.

27/01/2025: Despite the numerous negative reviews (from some time ago), we still decide to stay in this facility. Fairly sized room, "old style" furnishings in keeping with the structure and external environment, shame about the French window on the balcony shared with another room (impossible to keep the window open if other guests are present). Attentive and friendly staff, excellent restaurant solution for guests of the structure with excellent quality food, such as that for the buffet breakfast. Tidy garden and clean swimming pool, the structure has probably changed management since the time of the negative reviews. Ample parking. Advised!

26/11/2024: A steal. Totally worth the price paid. The accommodations were clean--this is a big deal for me--and had a sort of homey vibe. Atmosphere is charming and the surroundings are calming. Breakfast is also included in price, but I missed it and can't exactly tell you how good it is. Though, if you're looking for a place right in the center, staying here may not be the best idea. If you are driving it should be okay. Also, carrying heavy luggage up the stairs is a bit inconvenient.
