08/11/2025: Full marks! The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had two bufalina, one melanzanina, and one regina. I loved the Regina, with its soft and fragrant crust. The baked cheesecake with berries was delicious.

Perhaps a little isolated, but that's perhaps its strong point: the tranquility.
06/10/2025: Negative experience. The road leading to the restaurant is impassable and dangerous, full of potholes and with no ditch markings. The food is average-to-low quality in a setting that aims to be rustic and chic, but the result is very poor. Privacy between tables is nonexistent, acoustics are terrible, and hygiene is almost impossible to ask for. The restroom is small, only one on the ground floor (but not a men's/women's room) in a room that seats over 40 people, and there's also a washing machine. Perhaps if a distracted customer gets their laundry dirty, they can use it?
The price is completely unreasonable for what they're offering.

03/09/2025: Beautiful house. Clean and welcoming rooms. Excellent food. Always a rich and varied buffet. Ample parking. Friendly, cordial, and cheerful staff. Enchanting town and surroundings. Three days there are enough to recharge your batteries.
22/07/2025: Great place for a budget. Christian based alpine house whereas attendance to liturgies is not required. Located in a beautiful east dolomite' sort of landscape, serves full board or half boarding with great meals. Normally three nites reservations required, have sheets n pillow covers with you though.

07/12/2025: Dinner with colleagues, the Livorno-style cacciucco was delicious. The restaurant is well-kept, with a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is young and professional. We had a lovely evening and a delicious meal. Definitely worth a try.
09/10/2025: Too loud if you're looking for a quiet evening. You can't have a conversation... unless you raise your voice. But the appetizers and portions are superb!

22/06/2025: We had already been there and the Tuscan pizza 🍕 was confirmed to be of a good standard as were the penne alla maurone, on this occasion there was also the issue of Diolaiuti who, having left the Neapolitan, was ready to break the banks for the rapprochement with the vegans. There was much talk of the cancellation of the bunk beds planned for the new mansion. We saw the crazy girl again.

09/12/2025: Terrible experience. Highly recommended. The owner is arrogant, rude, and a total jerk. The hermit is his job, not the barista. The coffee is terrible. This place deserves to be closed as soon as possible. Receipts not received.
And today I'm polite.
07/12/2025: I've read the reviews about the owner's rudeness and arrogance, and I have to agree with EVERYTHING. I'm sorry for the employees, but the owner needs to change jobs... arrogant is an understatement, rude is an understatement. Recommended only for those who want to ruin their day. Low quality and rudeness are a good combination to close as soon as possible.

23/07/2025: There were times when I would drive miles just to get there and eat delicious ice cream... unfortunately, my last two experiences have been negative. The girls aren't friendly at all, they don't say hello, they look at you like they hate you, the ice cream that used to be creamy is now pieces of ice, they pretend to put ice cream on you so much that the cone remains completely empty and we throw it away. Ask for some advice: when you give us pino pingino, for example, give it a mix because it tastes better on the cone and you can also taste the poor quality of the fiordilat less.

07/11/2023: La cucina è molto buona e hanno grande varietà di piatti. Unico neo, a volte i piatti sono troppo salati.
03/10/2023: Non posso che parlarne bene.
La cortesia e la cordialità di chi gestisce il locale è già indicativo di ciò che trovate.
Si mangia bene, si spende poco, in luogo confortevole e pulito.
E' al centro di Ponsacco. Da lì andate ovunque o ovunque andiate è facile arrivarci.
