31/10/2025: Wild boar ragu and pappardelle mouth watering deliciousness. Have yet to find any place stateside that comes close to this dish.

12/09/2025: Special dinner: we had fresh pasta and wild boar as a main course. The desserts were delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming. We'll be back again and highly recommended.

24/08/2025: I spent another week there, and it was sensational! Great (star-rated) cuisine, amazing breakfast, no cars, friendly other guests, a wonderful natural pool, everything organic and home-grown, and a top-notch farm shop. I'd love to go back! It's worth the (higher) price! 👍🏼

24/07/2025: Posto incantevole, ricercato in cui la cura del dettaglio è la protagonista curata da una grande maestria da parte della titolare Paola ed il marito Carlo. Personale molto cordiale e gentile pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Prodotti coltivati ad agricoltura biodinamica di eccellente qualità la cui Chef stellata propone nella splendida cornice del ristorante biologico. Atmosfera rilassante in cui il contatto con la natura è portato ad un livello eccellente di rispetto ed armonia.Ritorno nuovamente ad agosto ...

27/08/2025: The agriturismo is nestled in the peaceful and beautiful Tuscan hills. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a weekend, but it was enough time to relax and appreciate the warmth and kindness of the hosts, the comfortable room, and the authenticity of the food served for breakfast. The property's location makes it easy to reach Pisa, Siena, and Volterra, where we also visited the salt mines (I highly recommend it: it's a chance to explore the place where, for 3,000 years, the purest salt in Italy has been extracted and where you can visit the only brewery located inside a salt mine).

16/09/2025: Exceptional farmhouse. Very clean and tidy. We always ate dinner in front of our room with a view. Excellent dishes and generous portions. Excellent price too. Very convenient parking. During the day we went out and about. Then we came back and cooled off in the pool. We had a great time. A bit out of the way for those who love tranquility.

07/09/2025: We spent a weekend with our dog. The owner welcomed us warmly and made us feel at ease. We had a wonderful time, beyond our expectations. The place was enchanting, suitable for everyone. The pool overlooked a beautiful view. The dinner was excellent. We'll be back.

13/10/2025: The institute was founded thanks to the Napoleonic decree of 18 October 1810. The normal school carries out training activities, of both ordinary type (three-year degree and master's degree) and specialization.
