26/08/2025: The property has considerable potential, especially considering the new part is very beautiful even if it lacks maintenance (I had a pool on the balcony of my room, but it was out of order and covered with a plastic sheet). The restaurant is neither excellent nor infamous, but definitely needs improvement. The à la carte menu has outrageous prices. The geothermal pool would also be beautiful, but the comments about the mosaic covering it are full of moss. The receptionist was a bit, indeed quite sketchy in her explanations. There were a lot of wasps and horseflies—a nightmare! In short, there are so many things to review. The stay was nice for the company, but I will never return here again. What a shame!

23/06/2025: Beautiful structure as a welcome arrived June 20 departure 22 stayed in the room (dream) yes the structure would need perhaps more staff but nothing to complain about for the cleaning of the rooms Gennaro in charge of the Geothermal pool takes care of both massages and customers, at the internal restaurant you will find 2 Sardinian girls very good kind with customers attentive to everything I do not understand the negative reviews that have been made but I assure you that this place for the expense it requires is worth everything but absolutely everything congratulations and I will definitely return and recommend it to others
