01/09/2024: Absolutely amazing place, from a variety of food to the quality and the generous rations. Nice variety of wines also. Very fancy venue and a nice outside atmosphere. Service was spectacular, excellent raccomandations, and a good mix of professionalism and friendly staff, props to Jonathan specifically for the jokes through the service. Really made our birthday celebrations a lovely night, would raccomand greatly!

21/08/2024: Very very slow service! 5 of us arrived at 8.15pm with starters and first courses in three hours. Tasteless gnocchi, the starters and risotto are saved. Not very welcoming.

11/08/2024: Very friendly little pizzeria. We had an excellent, peaceful evening. The waitress is very kind and attentive. The pizzas were delicious and generous. Nothing to complain about, we highly recommend this restaurant. Besides, we will surely return there.

03/08/2024: If I pass through these parts I always go there, even if there is a wait it's worth it, the pasta is good in every version, the service is done in 4, the people are a lot and therefore you can't have everything immediately. Still recommended. It's a good idea to at least book a table. Cheap but quality.

26/06/2024: Very nice and well-kept place in the pedestrian center of Cascina. Unfortunately the positive notes end here. Pici with a reduction of sticky and totally tasteless garlic, sliced ​​beef without infamy or praise, but in the area you expect much more. In general, a cuisine completely devoid of character and flavours. The service is not particularly attentive given the tone that the restaurant wants to give. High price for what is offered.

25/06/2024: I have known the Gini café for several years (certainly almost 8/9 years, the products are very good, if you are looking for a book or a gift, you will find the world there), the place is nice and welcoming and the staff is super friendly and, every time I have the chance and I go to visit them, with their way of doing things, they make every customer feel uniquely special (and it's nice that it is like this, the customer, if he feels sincerely accepted and well received, sooner or later comes back Always). What to say? I highly recommend it with full marks! 😍😍😍😍😍

26/02/2024: It recently opened under new management, the bar has a counter worthy of a pastry shop, beautiful sweets and savories for every taste. The lunch menu is extensive, with quality raw materials, truly excellent express cuisine and VERY LOW PRICES, highly recommended! (Today I had steamed squid with Catalan salad of vegetables and water... total €7 😱)

21/08/2024: Salve , La pizza è buona , è così da sempre . Da quando si andava al cinema a San Frediano e all’uscita , prima di tornare a casa , si faceva la fila per un quarto di pizza È ancora oggi quando mi capita di essere nei paraggi mi fermo e prendo un quarto

05/08/2024: Nice free-range pizzeria in the Navacchio area. For me a nice discovery, I had never eaten Pisan pizza and I liked it. 3 tastings of cake (because it's called cake and not cecina 😁) 3 pizzas 2 beers water and coffee 35 euros. Price more than fair, delicious cake and pizza. We will definitely be back.

13/07/2024: Stopped for some gas and a quick bite to eat and was greeted by extremely hospitable Mattia. Great clean place with amazing coffee/espresso, paninis, and pastry options. Very cool music and best part is it’s dog friendly!

17/08/2024: Nice and informal atmosphere. Waiters all friendly. The cecina was nothing exceptional, the pizzas however were very good and well seasoned. However, the wait for four pizzas was truly excessive: we arrived at eight when the restaurant was almost empty and we had to wait an hour! Fair prices. Too bad that something in the organization needs to be reviewed!

10/08/2024: A delicious pizza with friendly and professional staff. Large internal and external space. Possibility to also place telephone orders. To be recommended! I returned after the last review and I must say that they have improved further. I tasted a classic Tuscan menu with very good and abundant mixed starters, an excellent pasta with porcini mushrooms and truly exceptional truffle, and a sliced ​​beef with lard, pine nuts and a cap of porcini mushrooms that was out of this world. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Efficient cleaning and hygiene done in front of the customer is truly a very good presentation. The place was beautiful and the menu, in addition to being delicious, was very abundant. Compliments! Considered the absolute best!

27/07/2024: La.pizza è veramente buona, si può scegliere tra tantissime.ptoposte. sfiziosissime quelle con i cornicioni ripieni. Ma il voto alto è aolo.per.le.pizze. infatti siamo stati molto meno soddisfatti del.servizio eccessivamente lento. Abbiamo aspettato 1.30h per avere le pizze ed al tavolo avevamo bambini piccoli. Ovviamente ci può stare un qualsiasi imprevisto, ma quantomeno proponi di portare qualcosa nell' attesa, mostrando attenzione e premura per il cliente. Fare ristorazione è molto impegnativo ma a mio avviso sono le piccole cose (che piccole non sono) a fare la differenza.

24/07/2024: Pizza mediocre, con impasto non del tipo napoletano come viene dichiarato (la gente che dice che è come la vera napoletana sono quelli abituati alle pizze- solette toscane). Ho trovato il sugo acido (magari ci sta che non sia venuto perfetto una sera), ma quel che mi ha stupito sono i prezzi. Dai dieci euro in su per una pizza standard, con prezzi che arrivano anche ai 18 se vuoi provare qualcosa di diverso. A questi prezzi ci mangiate pizze gourmet in veri ristoranti, mi stupisco di come riescano a tenere botta. Evidentemente i cascinesi sono abituati così: buon per loro.
