21/02/2025: Delicious Neapolitan pizza. Very light dough, a cloud, excellent quality raw materials. The croquettes? Delicious, I felt like I was back in my homeland. Gem: the beers of the Dwarf Brewers' Guild. These details also reveal competence in catering and quality. Highly recommended!

I wanted to change pizzeria, I found myself in this new place for me in the San Frediano area.
So the first approach wasn't exceptional, I arrived in the middle of work, the room was full, but full.
The pizza chef seemed a little tense to me, perhaps due to the hard work, then I said let's try, and the kindness "perhaps of the wife" convinced me to take not only the pizzas, but also some excellent croquettes filled with potatoes and mozzarella.
So everything was exceptional, delicious pizzas, excellent dough, truly quality products.
I have to congratulate you, very good.
I'll be back to try to sit down, since I got takeout this time.
I highly recommend trying their pizza👍

Piatti salati e di scarso sapore Nel servizio si salva solo un cameriere. Non c è menù alla carta e neppure la pizzeria in funzione, magari per una sera. Prezzi alti rispetto alle portate richieste. Anche per i pranzi di lavoro, basta girare un po' per trovare di meglio

I call back and she arrogantly tells me that they don't serve outside... I wonder why Barbara doesn't answer, also because if she had answered, the owner certainly wouldn't have told me no... too bad

09/03/2025: Very nice and well-equipped pizzeria, located in the municipality of Cascina, about 1 km from the Navacchio exit of the highway: it is not located on the main street of Tuscany, but in a side street in the San Lorenzo alle Corti area. The restaurant has a closed and an open outdoor area, as well as a fairly large internal room and a few other tables in the entrance room. Very nice and rustic place, with a menu based mainly on a wide choice of pizzas for all tastes, as well as original personalized dishes such as appetizers. Even the desserts at the end of the meal are delicious and refined: the staff is friendly and helpful. The only flaw is that the outdoor parking space is limited, as you have to park along the road and when there are group dinners, the space is really limited and difficult to find.
25/02/2025: I book 2 pizzas and they make me find them ready but not as I requested. They offer me to make them again but, considering the fact that I had to go into work, I say that I'm in a hurry, I pay and leave.....gummy dough, ingredients in short. Throw away. There will be no next time
