01/02/2026: Stunning place with a magnificent view of the Bolgheri DOC area. We had lunch outside under the pepper tree. Traditional cuisine, exquisite dishes, and very friendly staff at fair prices. We will gladly return. Highly recommended, and for me it's worth both the stop and the detour 😋💪🍷🍷🍷

08/10/2025: The restaurant is located on a fabulous viewpoint. We were served very well. We had booked with The Fork. I had read some interesting reviews, and for that reason, I booked. Unfortunately, the food, at least for the two starters, was more like a diner, while the platter was worth it.
25/09/2025: Beautifully situated restaurant, from your table you have a magnificent view over the valley to the sea.
The food was delicious.
We had typical regional appetizers, salami, cheese, ham, and more, lasagna with fresh asparagus, homemade pasta with ragù (braised for 5 hours), and regional wine.
We visited the restaurant a second time, and this time we were delighted by the wine and the food.
We had steak tartare, 12-hour-cooked pork, a pasta dish, and ricotta and spinach dumplings with fresh truffles.

14/12/2025: The hotel enjoys a unique location, a splendid view, an excellent breakfast, and generally good food. The only drawbacks are the lack of privacy (the terraces are separated by a glass partition), and the rooms are poorly soundproofed (I could hear my neighbor snoring and could only distinguish his words when he spoke). I wonder how hotels that claim to be such fail to address these fundamental aspects. The furnishings are minimal, and the bathroom is a bit dated.
25/10/2025: GOOD MORNING GINEPRI, I want to THANK THE LADIES and GENTLEMEN of the restaurant and reception STAFF 🤭,) who "spoiled" me last week with their kindness (I needed it). A 4-star hotel 💫, always kind and helpful to everyone. I already miss their fried seafood and pistachio semifreddo 😋😋. I've already booked for next year, because there's no place more beautiful than GINEPRI. It closes today. I WISH EVERYONE A GOOD REST. 👋👋🥹

08/09/2025: Excellent location, with a country atmosphere immersed in the surrounding landscape. The food is excellent, and the knowledgeable and attentive staff takes care of the customers with professionalism. I highly recommend it.
02/09/2025: Small hotel about a 7-minute drive from the sea. Picturesque surroundings. The pool is quiet and beautifully situated among olive trees. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are new. There's a small drinks fridge and a TV. Some rooms also have a kitchenette (without a stovetop). Breakfast is high-quality with fruit, muesli, cakes, croissants, rolls, etc. Half-board is recommended. Cooking is done over an open fire in the kitchen. The food is very good! The staff is very friendly.

14/09/2025: The Paradu Eco Resort impresses across the board. Nestled in a stunning pine forest right by the sea, it offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort, and relaxation. The service is exceptionally warm and professional in all areas – you feel completely welcome. The diverse offerings are particularly noteworthy: from a varied evening program to activities on the beach and pool. Ideal for both couples and families. The accommodations are comfortable with a lovely veranda; minor interior renovations would further enhance the overall experience. A highly recommended resort!
14/09/2025: It's okay, but nothing more. What's striking is that the entire staff, wherever you are, is incredibly unfriendly. It's extremely dark in the cabins, with no natural light. The restaurants are okay (especially the buffet). We wouldn't come back. There's no charm here; it's pure mass processing.

19/12/2025: We found it by chance and arrived unannounced, very late, like 2:30 PM in December.
We were welcomed like family, the food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The place is right on the beach; in winter, you can get to the beach within 100 meters and then walk along a wooden walkway. Outside, there's a marquee overlooking the sea where they've set up deckchairs with blankets, perfect for an aperitif outdoors. A truly classy touch.
Giuseppe, the owner, is extremely kind and friendly.
19/12/2025: I ate really well (and this is coming from someone who doesn't like fish).
The location by the sea is truly well-kept and beautiful.
The owner is a lovely person.

19/09/2025: The food is of excellent quality and, above all, very tasty.
The service is truly friendly and professional.
The ambiance, right on the beach, leaves nothing to be desired.
There's also plenty of parking.
The wine list is comparable to that of the area.
We will definitely be back next time.
23/08/2025: Beautiful, well-maintained seaside location with onsite parking. We've had tastier (raw) appetizers elsewhere, but the first courses were very good! Very friendly staff. Recommended!
