28/10/2024: Pleasant tasting in Bolgheri, the two room attendants Davide and Matteo recommended us the tasting of 3 glasses of wine accompanied by a rich platter of local products and bruschetta with Tuscan crostini. Excellent service and product quality. Good price, an experience definitely worth repeating.

27/09/2024: At Lo Sconciglio, delicious food is served in a quiet atmosphere. We had fish dishes that were extremely tasty and interpreted in a modern way. The waiter explained the dishes to us in detail and put together a delicious non-alcoholic appetizer for my friend. At the end there was a perfect tiramisu and the wine selection is also great. Clear recommendation!

All excellent, very fresh fish, excellent both raw and cooked in an excellent way and with attention to detail from the kitchen, impeccable service and professional staff. 10 and praise to the innkeeper Paolo, very knowledgeable with a well-stocked cellar.

The place is not too tidy, with a lot of trinkets not for sale and absolutely useless. Nice to display and sell old wines.

11/11/2024: Sono rimasto assolutamente contento della mia cena, La cucina è stata un’autentica rivelazione, con piatti raffinati e sapori intensi che non dimenticherò facilmente. Il piatto forte della serata è stato senza dubbio il piccione laccato al miele: la carne era tenera e saporita, con una glassatura perfetta che esaltava la dolcezza del miele, senza mai risultare eccessiva. Un equilibrio incredibile che mi ha conquistato al primo morso. Ogni dettaglio del piatto era curato con grande attenzione, dalla presentazione alla consistenza della carne. Gli antipasti sono stati altrettanto memorabili. Ho assaporato una tartare di carne fresca e saporita, condita in modo impeccabile. La qualità degli ingredienti era evidente in ogni boccone, con una freschezza che ha dato a ciascun assaggio un'impronta unica. Ogni piatto è stato un piccolo capolavoro, equilibrato e ricco di gusto. Il servizio è stato professionale e accogliente, con personale esperto che sapeva suggerire i giusti abbinamenti di vino per esaltare i piatti. Il locale, elegante e raffinato, contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera perfetta per una cena speciale. è stata una serata memorabile, e non vedo l'ora di tornare per provare altre delizie di questa cucina straordinaria

10/10/2024: Posto accogliente, servizio veloce, piatti prelibati. Se volete assaggiare davvero la cucina autentica toscana Ve lo consiglio vivamente. Abbiamo preso crostini toscani con vari salumi, davvero top, Tortelli al ragù , eccellenti Coniglio alla brace, buonissimo Cinghiale alla maremmana ... Sublime Vitello brasato .. . Super Davvero tutto impeccabile!!!! Continuate così

16/10/2024: Large 80s structure well managed by Franco, the owner. I enjoyed a good wood-fired pizza, I didn't get to try the cooking, several tables were there for the cooking.

15/12/2024: This is a very kid friendly place with a lot of things to do and a lot of entertainment. The service here is good as they help you to get your luggage to your room, but we did wait a while to check in. This place is like a woodland area. There is a train that goes around the whole place, so you can ride it and get off at any of the stops. It has quite a few swimming pools and there is a beach. There is only 1 car park so your car could be far away from your place. There are a lot of German people here, but the staff can speak Italian, English and German so it isn't too bad. The shuttle train has been having some technical problems, so the train wasn't working for a day, and now its times of running are a little different. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for it. The pillows are flat and thin and aren't very comfortable when you are sleeping.

31/10/2024: Basically we were satisfied with the system. The beach is very nice - but the loungers are totally overpriced and have to be booked separately. The resort is beautifully shady in a pine forest. Everything is there that is needed. Overall, in our opinion, the facility is getting old and has its best years behind it. Some buildings are simply empty. We had one of the many tents located on the main access road and next to a construction site. Therefore it was very loud, especially in the morning hours (from 5 a.m.) and until late at night. Despite repeated complaints, no emphasis was placed on rest periods nor was alternative accommodation offered. We cannot recommend the tents more highly. The furnishings are also very simple and the bathroom needs to be renovated (mold in the corners). The interim cleaning offered didn't actually take place (only changing towels and making beds - neither the bathroom nor the floor were cleaned). It should be noted that the entertainment, especially for children, is only offered in Italian. We thought the resort cable car was great and enjoyed using it. The pool areas are well maintained, but very crowded. In between, the pools were repeatedly closed - without justification. Overall, our vacation was nice, but we would not recommend the facility. In our opinion, price-performance is not appropriate.

27/07/2024: Un luogo incantevole in mezzo ad un parco botanico tra i più belli d'Italia! Cibo di qualità e servito con gusto! Il personale accogliente, mi sono sentita come se li conoscessi già da tempo! Un gioiellino toscano che consiglio di provare!
