Typically Tuscan tourist tax for those who are staying at the hotel. 14 euros for a moretti 22 euros for a glass of house red Family of 3, two courses, way over £200 It’s because the hotel runs the whole place and they filter you here if you don’t fancy their overly posh on site restaurant. It is daylight robbery - but the pizza chef has talent as the pizzas are amazing. The rest? They’ve seen you coming as soon as you checked into the expensive hotel.

25/08/2024: Locale di classe con servizio top. Menu da esplorare Ottimi i primi e il tagliere di qualità. Hanno anche un menu dedicato ai bambini , non da poco. La serata è stata molto piacevole grazie al servizio attento e dedicato e all atmosfera intima con musica live. Nota dolente , quando ho chiesto un calice di rosso ho solo chiesto un vino fermo poi ho lasciato che il sommelier facesse un po’ da cicerone. Ho accettato una sua scelta che poi ho scoperto aver pagato ben 22 euro solo a fine cena. Credo avrebbe dovuto avvisarmi del costo NON standard del vino in modo tale io potessi scegliere altro o continuare con quello. Comunque prezzo del vino a parte, i restanti prezzi nella media di un locale del genere. Castelfalfi da vedere soprattutto al tramonto , magica

17/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, the fritto misto, which is my favorite dish, was unique. The sea bream tasted so good. The house stone, brand quality and also supper. Bravo, I can recommend it to everyone.

29/07/2024: Given that the heat predominated, hot water and wine without glassettes or ice, scallops of the day heated in the microwave...waited 25 minutes, paccheri with octopus requested al dente (another 30 minutes)..... terrifying..... super cooked and inedible, asked for fried squid only...only tufts of octopus and fried vegetables present.....to forget....all left on the plates.....

23/08/2024: If I were to write a book I would dedicate it to the service of young people... here you can say you find the real Tuscany... a bit like the films of Aldo Giovanni and Giacomo... where you can really hear yourself being told it's high season... the young kids are truly exceptional... even after the end of the service they can give you a smile and a cuddle like at home... homar and danile are very young but you are sure capable of providing an excellent service...

22/08/2024: Let me start by saying that we are a couple of people in the sector for many many years, here we have found excellent quality food, young and very willing and professional staff, especially the dining room staff. The mix of accommodation and catering is perfect throughout... Recommended for couples and families. Dogs allowed.

26/03/2024: Beautiful spring festival in Castelfalfi. The market is very nice, and the street food is excellent at normal prices. Really nice party. The village is very well kept and charming. Overpriced shops and restaurants. Negative point is the parking.

25/07/2024: The pizza and antipasti were okay, the ambience was okay. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady would certainly have been better off in another job without customer contact. Warmth is a foreign word there. We didn't feel welcome and will definitely not go there again. A pity.

23/07/2024: Very good pizza from the stone oven. You can watch pizza being baked directly from the table.

15/06/2024: Food was ok but not amazing, service is good given there’s only 1 waiter working here. The place is not very spacious and would benefit from from pulling a table Out to make more room ( didn’t look like they need all the tables they’ve got). A weird ‘bag of dry bread’ is put on the table to start with, no oil or butter or anything to accompany it so it gets left for the next diners. Give the seafood spaghetti a miss it’s not very good and did t taste fresh. Crusted tuna was good. Pistachio & vanilla ice cream was good. For what it is it’s more expensive thank it’s worth.

01/04/2024: Netter Empfang, gemütliches Ambiente, aufmerksamer Service. Von den Gerichten haben wir besseres erwartet. Meeresfrüchteplatte wirkte etwas unfrisch inkl. Fisch darauf. Risotto okay. Fisch Branzino war gut. Grilliertes Gemüse viel zu fettig. Fotos sehen besser aus als effektive Mahlzeiten.
