31/01/2026: We had pizza, and even the gluten-free one was excellent. The service was quick, but the waiter who took our order was rude and impolite. The rest of the waiters who served us were very courteous.

Let's start by saying that if I could, I would have given this experience a 4.5, but what convinced me to give it more than 4 stars was undoubtedly the service: the waiters were incredibly kind, helpful, fast, and extremely precise! Here, I felt served as I would anywhere else. Now, let's get to the food experience. Granted, we only had the chance to sample a small portion of the extensive menu—only a first course, two pizzas, and two desserts—so I don't feel in a position to judge the ingredients. It must be said that the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and chestnuts were truly delicious, and the pizza was extremely light and pleasant, with good mozzarella and ingredients. However, we found the tomato sauce a bit acidic, and the crust of the pizzas was burnt (no big deal, the crust was cooked perfectly), perhaps a result of the thin-crust pizza, which is very taut. The sorbet and panna cotta were excellent. When we return, we'll also try the fish, which features prominently on their menu! Another is the atmosphere: welcoming, warm, homey, extremely pleasant and unpretentious. Another not-so-positive experience was the swarm of cars scrambling for parking due to the Mac next door. Nothing insurmountable, but be patient when looking for a spot nearby. Thanks again to the staff, who, with so many little things, made our evening much more enjoyable, whether it was providing homemade spicy olive oil, a quick joke, or remembering our order by heart. These are all things that aren't taken for granted, and I appreciate them!

14/10/2025: The restaurant is located inside a hotel. The dining room is very spacious and bright, well-decorated, and clean. Reservations are required for two private dining rooms, one with an oval table for family or business events, and the other, very intimate, in the cellar. The manager, Jacopo, was attentive and thoughtful, paying close attention to my food intolerance. The food was very good, the fried fish was dry, and the tuna steak was perfectly seared. We'll definitely be back. Ample parking, but the only downside is its condition (the owners should fix up the exterior, which isn't looking very good).

It's located on Via Einstein, across from the industrial area dominated by Leonardo (formerly Officine Galileo) before reaching the I Gigli Shopping Center in Campi B.zio. A well-kept bistro, good food, and friendly staff. It's not very big, so it can be busy at the start of the lunch break, but it also empties quickly, as most workers typically stay for 30 minutes. At other times, it's quiet. Convenient parking. Worth a try if you're in the area or even for a quick break.
