31/12/2024: I didn't have a bad meal, the place was nice and the service was very satisfactory......but I can eat the exact same things for 15 - 20 euros each at one of the many clubs that are within 30 km... ...top quality products do not exist, there is no justification for the small dishes and at that price.....for me it is no....and the 2 stars come from the price and the small quantity in the portions... ..

27/10/2024: Today we met Sergio and Debora for the first time, very kind and friendly managers of Happy Ice. We tasted their crumbly, delicious, melt-in-your-mouth shortcrust pastry biscuits. Their chocolate fondant ice cream is also exceptional. Highly recommended! :)

20/12/2024: Di passaggio, sosta per un pranzo veloce. Locale pienissimo di lavoratori, buon segno ma il timore di finire "dimenticati" al tavolo ammetto ci è venuta, invece è andato tutto super bene. Veniamo fatti sedere e in pochissimi minuti ci viene fornito il menù, spartano su un foglio di carta fotocopiato ma per un pranzo a menù fisso è esattamente quello che ci si aspetta. Dall'ordine i piatti sul tavolo il tempo è stato brevissimo, la cortesia tanta. Porzioni generose sia per il primo che per il secondo, e a giudicare dagli altri tavoli abbiamo fatto bene a non optare per l'opzione "abbondante", disponibile per ogni piatto, perché non saremo riusciti a finire il tutto. Primi saporiti e pasta cotta al dente e condita il giusto, secondi semplici ma tutt'altro che deludenti. Patatine fritte bene, e nuovamente confrontando alle pietanze sui tavoli vicini pare che a friggere siano davvero bravi. 12 euro a testa per uscire soddisfatti e con la pancia piena, 1 euro in più per un caffè, buono pure quello (e non è scontato).
Per le prossime trasferte abbiamo un punto di riferimento insomma.
Dimenticavo: non vedevo bagno così puliti in un esercizio pubblico in Italia da parecchio tempo. Bravi davvero!
09/11/2024: Dopo un servizio che ha prediletto tavoli arrivati 20 minuti dopo di noi e dopo una lunga attesa (circa 1 ora), arriva al tavolo una pizza non cotta e con ingredienti crudi e di scarsa qualità (salsiccia e mozzarella crude). Ridicola la proposta dello staff di rinfornare la pizza. Nella norma l'antipasto.

There were so many reviews saying this but we wanted to try it and never again in life.
To say the entrance was uncomfortable is an understatement..
The interior is very small, poorly maintained and there is a wood oven... with my indoor thermometer it was 27 and a half degrees... absurd and in fact the people were hot and hadn't even opened the only window there era.
Small argument with the only chef (because the place is poorly managed and only by one chef and the owner I presume who also takes orders), because having both my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza with salami, it arrived spicy...
It's a shame that the chef didn't know that there are many types of salami, not spicy, in addition to Tuscan salami. He resisted and started raising his voice at me, who am a girl...
Of a shocking rudeness and non-culture of the sausage in question!
Obviously we refused the pizza but since they had turned off the oven (at 9.30pm 🤦♀️) the lady asked if we wanted a first course instead of the pizza... for the pizza chef we could leave... congratulations on the elegance of his gestures..
Unfortunately, since my boyfriend was feeling ill and had to eat, we had to eat something... appetizers without infamy and without praise.. 2 terrible carbonaras! There were transparent slices of lard... zero meat... half raw egg... zero flavour... and zero salt! Dessert, homemade panna cotta no comment both for the lack of flavor and for the presentation...
And we were also too kind not to call the police.

31/07/2024: The music was a little too loud for my taste and the mozzarella on the pizza looked like hemmental, so much so that the child didn't eat it. The tortelli with meat sauce were good, the cake was special! The waiters very kind. We will be back to try the first courses too.
21/07/2024: We had a table for a birthday, service was normal, we had a starter for everyone (1 slice of salami, 1 slice of ham and one of finocchiona, 2 crostini each and a slice of pecorino) paid a good €10 each, first courses were truly embarrassing ...inedible, many from dinner were sick all night. The shopping? €32 per person, neither I nor the others who were at the birthday party will definitely go back and I advise you to stay away.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience (indeed, I correct myself: a non-existent experience) because after an hour and a quarter of waiting I decided that I no longer wanted the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately here he uses to take the orders starting from the appetizer and passing through the first course and only then serving the pizzas, without being able to make differentiated exits.
I'm sorry, but, at least for a long time, I won't be coming back here again.

20/08/2024: I stayed at the Hotel First for 12 days on a work trip with a colleague of mine and we had dinner in the hotel restaurant many evenings, a super positive experience and a highly recommended restaurant! The staff were kind, helpful and super prepared, the fantastic dishes were a different surprise every evening!
In addition to the classic menu, you have the possibility to choose courses from the menu of the day with always different proposals.
I definitely recommend trying the tartare and octopus tentacles as starters.
The super excellent salmon fillet!
Delicious pizzas!

05/08/2024: An hour and a half for two pizzas served by a rude and arrogant waitress. On Sunday menu of stuff prepared the day before and reheated. I don't think it's necessary to add anything else.

11/01/2025: Oltre al fatto che l’accoglienza è il biglietto da visita di qualunque ristorante che si voglia dire tale e qui il servizio varrebbe anche da solo l’esperienza per quanto è impeccabile e caloroso, ma soprattutto quanto è buona la carne? Nella sua qualità, preparazione, presentazione e varietà. Quella tagliata non la scordo più! Per non parlare dell’antipasto in chiave toscana che varrebbe il viaggio.
Insomma, felice di aver trascorso il mio compleanno insieme alla mia famiglia mangiando la versione migliore dei miei piatti preferiti. Torneremo sempre
23/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato con la famiglia in questo ristorante e l ambiente è accogliente e il personale gentile . Io ho mangiato cibo terra , ma fanno anche pesce . Ragù di cacciagione buono , grigliata mista buona , ma il dolce insomma . Prezzi leggermente sopra la media .
