07/07/2025: I had lunch at this farmhouse with my family. We had a great time, good tortelli and very good roast
29/06/2025: We went to Agriturismo Masso Serpente and the experience was truly extraordinary, especially regarding the cuisine.
We started with a simple but exceptional appetizer: a very fresh ricotta, produced by the local farmer, which alone was worth the visit. Creamy, delicate, with an authentic flavor that is rarely found elsewhere.
Then came the first courses, and here we feel like saying that we probably ate the best ravioli and tortelli ever. The homemade pasta had a perfect consistency, and the fillings were balanced, rich and tasty. The ragù of the tortelli was wonderful!!
For second courses, we had the tagliata and the pigeon: both excellent, perfectly cooked, tender and tasty meat. The pigeon in particular was a real surprise, cooked with mastery.
All accompanied by a quiet atmosphere, surrounded by greenery, and by a friendly but never intrusive service.
Normal price
A place we recommend without hesitation to those who love authentic and quality cuisine. We will definitely be back!

29/04/2025: Reading other reviews I would have avoided it, but I couldn't do otherwise, and I'm happy. Rustic country environment, warm and familiar with customers, home-made and free-range food (pappardelle with duck and grilled loin like all the grilled meat), raw wine that immediately took me back to my grandfather's cellar. For those who complain about the paper tablecloth, which is amaranth in colour, soft placed on a fabric tablecloth and not the shiny pub ones, for those who have seen cobwebs everywhere (I didn't and I looked on purpose) for those who now eat GOURMET (frozen) at home and for all the masterscief judges I remember that in Piazza Duomo in Milan they are waiting for you with open arms.

15/06/2025: Very disappointing!
We go in for an ice cream and two bottles of water.
One of the waters was supposed to be carbonated and they gave me a flat and warm bottle.
For the ice cream we threw it away whole. €3.70 for a miserable cup that wasn't ice cream, but flavored ice flakes. It was inedible.

15/06/2025: Ottimo cibo a base di tartufo estivo, di porcino e di Fiorentina. Ottimo vino Chianti. Posto all’ombra fuori con arietta… Servizio eccezionale! Consigliatissimo e… da rifare!
09/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo tornando da Firenze verso Venezia. La posizione è meravigliosa e abbiamo mangiato all'esterno. Abbiamo preso una bistecca fiorentina in 4, Carne strepitosa e morbidissima, si scioglieva in bocca. Servizio buono e prezzo adeguato a quello che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consigliamo vivamente

15/04/2025: Molto formali, disponibili e gentilissimi.. cibo davvero molto fresco, ottimo al gusto e ben servito!! Davvero una bella esperienza!

23/03/2025: Prima è ultima volta che mangiamo in questo ristorante veramente delusi eravamo in tre un piatto a testa abbiamo speso oltre €80 che avrei pagato tranquillamente se sarebbe rimasto soddisfatto!

04/11/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo agriturismo una domenica. Il posto non è proprio comodissimo, c'è una strada stretta e abbastanza tortuosa. Ma vale assolutamente la pena fare un po' di strada in più. Le pietanze sono di ottimo livello e fatte rigorosamente in casa. Noi abbiamo preso due antipasti misti e una fiorentina. Ottimi,la fiorentina super. Più una bottiglia d'acqua e un mezzo litro di vino della casa. Totale 118 euro. Non poco ma la qualità si paga. Giusto così. Alla prossima
20/10/2024: Tutte le volte che andiamo all’outlet di Barberino, per pranzo prenotiamo sempre in questo agriturismo, da diversi anni.
Così uniamo l’utile al godereccio.
Atmosfera familiare, molto accogliente.
Menu’ con poche pietanze, ma piatti tipici toscani, ma genuini. Fiorentina che si scioglie in bocca.

02/05/2024: We stayed overnight in a tent in the meadow near the club. Very helpful owner who cooked us very tasty local dishes at a good price.

16/04/2025: Returning from Florence, at the Barberino del Mugello motorway exit, we find three adjacent restaurants. Some are literally crowded with people still waiting at 2pm. Since we have little time and are very tired, we decide to venture towards the one that least inspires us, namely "Da Imma". Externally it appears like a simple tobacconist's bar... Once inside we discover that on the lower floor there is a large room dedicated to catering. Although it is located in the basement, we are not closed within four walls. In fact, we find a large window through which external light filters and creates a particularly pleasant environment. The portions are more than generous. I took a fillet strictly requested rare but which was served to me at what I believe to be medium rare...
