16/04/2025: Returning from Florence, at the Barberino del Mugello motorway exit, we find three adjacent restaurants. Some are literally crowded with people still waiting at 2pm. Since we have little time and are very tired, we decide to venture towards the one that least inspires us, namely "Da Imma". Externally it appears like a simple tobacconist's bar... Once inside we discover that on the lower floor there is a large room dedicated to catering. Although it is located in the basement, we are not closed within four walls. In fact, we find a large window through which external light filters and creates a particularly pleasant environment. The portions are more than generous. I took a fillet strictly requested rare but which was served to me at what I believe to be medium rare...

29/04/2025: Reading other reviews I would have avoided it, but I couldn't do otherwise, and I'm happy. Rustic country environment, warm and familiar with customers, home-made and free-range food (pappardelle with duck and grilled loin like all the grilled meat), raw wine that immediately took me back to my grandfather's cellar. For those who complain about the paper tablecloth, which is amaranth in colour, soft placed on a fabric tablecloth and not the shiny pub ones, for those who have seen cobwebs everywhere (I didn't and I looked on purpose) for those who now eat GOURMET (frozen) at home and for all the masterscief judges I remember that in Piazza Duomo in Milan they are waiting for you with open arms.

14/05/2025: I ate a simple pizza margherita with "bufala" and drank a common draft beer (no coffee, no water, no sweets), paid 21 euros with a 10% discount. A steal!

10/05/2025: Well, the pizza also looked good but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. slow and inattentive service and cuisine. We had to ask for water twice before they brought it. One of the 3 salads requested arrived after a long time and the chicken in the Caesar salad was practically boiled and tasteless. An oil focaccia arrived almost at the end of lunch. It was around 12.00/12.30 so the place wasn't even full yet. Never again!
