08/02/2026: It's been a few years since I've been here for lunch, but today I wanted to go back and I've noticed that the food is always better, the staff are very kind and the view is always spectacular despite the weather not being the best, highly recommended.

02/02/2026: We had lunch and it was a truly wonderful experience! The menu was excellent, with delicious dishes made with top-quality ingredients. All this was paired with incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive service, a rarity these days, considering the wait staff is made up of very young men and women. The dishes were generous and constantly changing. The value for money was definitely among the best in the Upper Tiber Valley (P.S.: I live 20 km from this amazing restaurant). The owner of the restaurant was incredibly helpful! Thank you so much, and above all, see you soon!

02/03/2026: A wonderful place surrounded by nature. With an enchanting panoramic view of the valley. The friendly people were attentive to our every need. Excellent, locally sourced organic food, all hand-made, according to Tuscan tradition. Welcoming, clean rooms. Rejuvenate, pamper, rest, and have fun. We'll be back as soon as possible. Thank you.
