26/08/2024: During our recent visit to Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio, we were absolutely enchanted by the entire experience. The food was nothing short of exquisite—each dish bursting with flavor and prepared with the utmost care. It’s clear that the kitchen team is passionate about what they do, and it shines through in every bite.
However, what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service we received. Our waiter was not only incredibly polite but also a true professional in every sense of the word. His warm demeanor and genuine attentiveness made us feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs with such grace, and his knowledge of the menu added a lovely personal touch to our dining experience.
It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and impeccable service, but Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio has certainly achieved it. Our compliments to the entire team, and especially to our wonderful waiter, whose kindness and expertise truly elevated our evening. We look forward to returning and enjoying another unforgettable meal.
24/08/2024: Typical trattoria found by chance but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Excellent value for money if we get the chance we will definitely come back

29/06/2024: Con l'occasione di rivedersi con il Comandante dei Carabinieri di Subbiano ed 1 Digente del Ministero della Giustizia, ho raccolto con piacere l'invito ed abbiamo mangiato la pasta alla carbonara MERAVIGLIOSA, preciso che essendo romani siamo in condizione di attribuire un giudizio eccellente a questa portata. Una ricca selezione di formaggi, affettati e "panzanella" e per concludere, dolci molto buoni.
Sicuramente da ritornarci , personale accogliente ed il conto giustissimo.

Un posto semplicemente meaviglioso!
Tutti estremamente gentili e premurosi, nonostante la sala fosse piena e con numerose tavolate.
I piatti dall'antipasto al dole erano squisiti.
La bistecca una delle migliori che io abbia mai mangiato in vita mia (e sono Toscana quindi ho uno standard abbastanza alto).
Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo (prendendo tutti 2/3 piatti a testa e con il vino della casa) abbiamo speso a testa 40,00 €.
Grazie Fattoria della Rocca per avermi fatto fare una così bella figura con i miei ospiti.
Spero tanto di poter tornare presto da voi :-)

24/11/2024: Disappointment, one of the worst calzones I've eaten in my life. Hard pizza dough, undercooked and poor quality materials used. It's true that you don't spend much but we ate really badly. I'm sorry because I don't like giving negative reviews but unfortunately it happens sometimes. It must be said that the staff is very kind, but given all the positive reviews, perhaps we found the wrong evening.
10/11/2024: Really low prices, convenient but the pizza dough in particular is really bad, it's hard to digest and not good, as can also be seen from my published photo. I hope it's a dough mistake because I've eaten very few pizzas like this in my life.

12/11/2023: I have very pleasant memories.. Very nice location, ideal for any type of event.. After years I returned and ate very well with a Sicilian/Tuscan mix.. Well done!...

31/08/2024: Entri e la proprietaria ti saluta per nome con modi spicci...
Sa chi sei da una vita, da quando i tuoi ti portavano in pizzeria una volta al mese.
Il tavolo è quello la... Ma per arrivarci ci metti 20 minuti, perché ti fermi a chiacchierare con tutti.
Guarda chi c'è, è un po' che non ci si vede!.
Cibo decoroso, prezzi onesti e pizza bassa ( napoli è altrove)... Finisco la birra è sono felice.
19/08/2024: Sono tornato in questa pizzeria dopo oltre 30 anni. Stessa proprietà, locali, ovviamente , rinnovati, pizza, calzone superlativi, servizio veloce, personale cortese e prezzi adeguati. Non aspetterò altri 30 anni ci tornerò sicuramente.

13/02/2024: Nothing special, I had a roast beef which wasn't very good, the chocolate affogato which didn't seem artisanal to me and I didn't realize there was also coffee in addition to chocolate 😅
I would have preferred to go and eat in a restaurant but unfortunately we had little time and had to settle...
At least the portions, especially for the first courses, are quite generous.
I can't comment on the prices since I didn't pay as I was traveling for work, but I think it's pretty cheap//
I don't know what to say exactly that I wasn't satisfied with the roast beef, it wasn't the best I've ever eaten, perhaps a little overcooked (and I say this as a person who doesn't like rare meat, although I know that in Tuscany is an insult😅).
In the affogato I wasn't expecting coffee, which I don't like, I made a mistake but my boss recommended it to me who knows that I love sweets and don't like coffee so I think it was a common misunderstanding... I would have I would have preferred there to be a wider choice of desserts but I understand that I can't expect too much
