17/05/2024: Very interesting experience for beer and food of own production or local, all seasoned with competence and kindness on the part of Mrs. Antonella, owner together with her husband. The brewery tour is recommended. Camper stop without gray exhaust, with electricity but above all in the middle of the greenery and very quiet.

10/03/2024: Absolutes. A fish dinner with flavors that are not found in Viareggio or old Taranto...
Really good. Ante is a volcano of proposals. The theme evening formula is perfect: they don't go crazy, they manage to be two and offer a range of irresistible tastes.
The setting of the place is a little out of context, but I think they found it that way.
Well done, still good!
29/01/2024: We remember the chef and Annalisa from their time in Raggiolo. The Chalet serves wonderful food with kindness and attention to every detail. We ate a fixed price menu which was very reasonable and delicious !

22/02/2024: Mangiato benissimo hanno un menù limitato fanno poche cose ma curati e particolari abbiamo mangiato un amatriciana rivisitata ero scettica e mi sono ricreduta Buonissima una tagliata in due che ti portano a far vedere la bistecca con l’osso e ti dicono il peso era più di un kg poi te la portano intera cotta la tagliano e poi riportano indietro l’osso per tenerlo in caldo e riportarlo successivamente, una bella attenzione al cliente prezzi nella media
Tornerò per provare altre specialità

We ate 2 sliced mushrooms (canned), 2 portions of fried potatoes, 1/2 liter of wine and 1 water...60 euros

Saturday evening, 9pm.
Starting from the parking lot 🅿️ where the place was overflowing and we had to park the car outside the place, in a rather dangerous point to cross and reach the place on foot.
The place is very nice, well-kept but very crowded (since it's a Saturday night).
To order, there were some hoops, as the dining room staff was unorganized and we had to wait at least half an hour before being able to order.
Praise for the lady who took our order, who was very friendly and nice ☺️
Very long waiting times: around 40 minutes between one course and another.
The starter was discreet; the bruschetta with tomatoes was very good, fried as standard.
We then ordered 2 pizzas, which, reading from the reviews on Maps, seemed to be superb.
2 lumberjacks, one with a red base.
The flavor of both was almost nil: the only ingredient that gave flavor was the sausage.
The dough was too dry and difficult to eat.
€35 therefore for 2 pizza menus (including appetizer) and endless waiting times (we entered at 9pm and left at 11pm.....)

27/01/2024: Consiglio questo posto molto accogliente Michele il proprietario è fantastico simpatico e cura molto il cliente,bellissima esperienza la moglie cuoca piatti buonissimi ; prezzo giusto per i pasti Consiglio il tagliere per 2 e i ravioli alle castagne...
25/09/2023: Fermati per un pranzo con la famiglia, siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall' ambiente semplice e curato.
La gentilezza e la semplicità dei proprietari è risultata eccezionale, e ci hanno fatto subito sentire in un ambiente familiare.
I piatti cucinati con sapienza, erano deliziosi e ci hanno riportato ai pranzi in famiglia di una volta.
Consigliatissimo a chiunque decida di visitare Bibbiena e il casentino

21/02/2024: Locale informale ma gradevole servizio veloce e professionale menù sia di terra che di mare quello di mare buono quello di terra lo assaggeremo la prossima volta
02/02/2024: Spaghetti alla Luciana buoni ben cotti sugo fresco e morbido, locale carino ma molto freddo, peccato ! Buoni i 3 dessert , buon rapporto qualità prezzo . Ci tornerò!

26/12/2023: Trattoria nel centro storico di Bibbiena con molte cose da rivedere, a partire dai bagni…. L’arredamento è vecchio e male assortito con diverse motociclette polverose a fianco dei tavoli che regalano uno splendido odore di officina. I salumi sono la parte migliore e hanno il sapore di quelli che si trovavano una volta dai contadini nelle campagne del centro Italia. I primi sono stati piuttosto deludenti, non tanto nella pasta (fatta in casa) ma per i condimenti che non hanno nulla di particolare. Dolci da dimenticare
