Because the place has enormous potential if it were in another place it would be top, it's a Ferrari that goes like a 500, the problem is that in Casentino there is a lack of professionalism, trained staff, you enter and lack of friendliness, the customer must be encouraged to consume, you need brilliant people behind a counter, who welcome the customer the way they walk in the door. 19/03/2025: March 18, 2025 at approximately 8:45 pm. Supplì burned on the outside. Inside the rice is melted. The matriciana does not bind the bucatini at all with the seasoning which is also not recommended. The staff is always kind and the pizzas are excellent. But in the kitchen something did not work. Too bad because I was happy.

13/03/2025: I went for Women's Day, you can't wait an hour in between for a starter! The pizza I tasted was quite good, but no ravioli with the cooking water on the plate, ravioli should be sautéed with the sauce, no pale whites, I ate them out of hunger after a long wait, bad house red wine from the fridge, the setting is nice, but you have to improve so much, so much, bad organization!

09/03/2025: Very nice environment for women's day with small gifts for us. Let's say I want to trust him and go again. The place was full and we waited 40 minutes just for a simple starter. The pizza was good but not as I remembered. They are always kind. Until next time

08/01/2025: Purtroppo molto peggiorato. Pici alla carbonara consistono in un piatto di pici sconditi e incollati serviti con la bustina di formaggio a parte, l'uovo non pervenuto. Pizza un tempo ottima, ora estremamente parsimoniosa sui condimenti. Hamburger lesso che trasuda acqua nel panino. Servizio a due marce, soltanto la persona più esperta ricorda tavoli e comande (ma si relaziona al pubblico come una maestra con scolari un po' tardi) mentre chiedere una cosa a tutti gli altri è come chiedere ad un passante, l'espressione è tipo 'ma che ti sembro un cameriere?' Speriamo sia solo un periodo incasinato.
