26/03/2026: After placing our order, the wait for the pizzas was particularly long. After a considerable amount of time had passed without receiving our order, we asked the waiter about the condition of the pizzas. He told us that, since we hadn't ordered an appetizer, we would have to wait our turn like other customers. This explanation was given without much consideration for the inconvenience caused by the already prolonged wait.
After about two hours, the pizzas were finally served. Of the four pizzas ordered, only two were properly prepared, while the others had clearly undercooked ingredients, making them inconsistent with our order.
The dessert service was also unsatisfactory. The chocolate cakes arrived raw and cold inside. One of the desserts was sent back and later returned simply reheated, without a replacement. Even after this intervention, the problem was not resolved. On that occasion, the owner stated that the dessert couldn't be cold because the dish was warm, expressing disappointment rather than actually verifying the complaint or apologizing for the inconvenience.
At the time of payment, the staff was unfriendly, referring rudely and inappropriately to the desserts not being included in the bill, and showing no concern for the overall negative experience.
Overall, the experience was characterized by excessive wait times, obvious organizational shortcomings, and unprofessional, as well as rude, customer service. It was an experience that completely failed to meet our expectations.
22/02/2026: An elegant and well-maintained restaurant in the heart of the city, run by a family that has traditionally run the business. It also serves a pizzeria, so much so that they spend a lot of time doing takeout and home delivery. The fish-based first courses and meat-based second courses are also excellent. The appetizers are also worth trying, including the ever-popular panelle and bruschetta.

14/04/2026: Wonderful hotel structure, large parking lot, the hotel is a 3-star so some adjustments could be made. The mattress was very comfortable, the pillows were too low, and two were too high. Breakfast lacked savory options, which were replaced with small rolls that you might not like, lots of cakes, and pastries. But don't expect a Barbieri-style breakfast. We asked for freshly squeezed orange juice and there were no oranges! Out of three breakfasts, they managed to provide a mixed lemon juice.
Bathrobes, even if you pay, are only given to the suites. I found the hotel noisy because late at night and early in the morning, there was a lot of noisy trolleys moving around, and hammering. We slept terribly! We were in the main building, rooms 104 and 106, and our sleep suffered. On vacation, you want relaxation and pampering. Overall, I'd say the quality-price ratio is consistent.
Suggestion: I would maintain the lamps in the rooms near the bed, provide bathrobes for a fee, include a fresh savory breakfast, but above all, avoid noise at night/dawn.
09/04/2026: The place is definitely beautiful. Very evocative. The service is impeccable in a certain sense, but as a vegan, I've only had negative experiences. A place like this should be inclusive, meaning they should be able to cook for vegans too. I've been to weddings at La Favorita several times, and often they didn't even bring me appetizers. Once they did bring the appetizer, they fed me basically only vegetables. There wasn't a single meal with legumes, not even hummus or anything else made with legumes, tofu, or tempeh. It would take very little to cook a unique and tasty dish for a vegan. A person isn't obligated to eat meat, fish, or cheese, so you have to be prepared to cook different dishes as well. It's 2026, so get up to speed.

14/11/2024: Pizzeria e ristorante, molto curata la location, personale presente e gentile, impasto delle pizze molto soffici, buone e digeribili, consigliato.
12/08/2024: Tutto buonissimo! Personale preparato e molto gentile. Locale pulito, accogliente e spazioso.

24/04/2025: Tutto è stato eccellente dall'inizio alla fine. Ottimi gli antipasti con le panelle di ceci e il Marsala Spritz.
Vi consigliamo il cous cous di pesce, squisito e buonissimo.
Il servizio è rapido, l'ambiente è caloroso E un luogo tutto da scoprire e da assaggiare

Pranzo davvero ottimo., abbiamo scelto antipasti e pasta (busiate) a base di pesce.Location/Ristorante in ottima posizione per godersi una cena con tramonto sulle saline.Prezzo qualita' in sintonia

06/12/2024: È stata un’esperienza favolosa.
Partendo dal lato estetico il ristorante si trova un pò in altezza rispetto al livello del mare e ciò permette di godere di una vista mozzafiato sulle isole Egadi e di un tramonto ineguagliabile.
La cucina è siciliana ma non banale: la ricerca del “qualcosa in più” in ogni piatto fa capire l’impegno e la ricerca che c’è dietro da parte dello chef. Le materie prime sono a “metro zero”: infatti il locale custodisce ben preziosamente un orto curato da Salvatore (una visita è quasi d’obbligo!). Il personale è competente e a disposizione della clientela per ogni necessità.
Unica nota negativa: essere andati via!

30/04/2025: Avevo scelto questo bar per un aperitivo in una serata di fine aprile, incuriosito dall’arredamento elegante e dall’atmosfera accogliente che si vedeva dalle foto. Invece, al nostro arrivo ci è stato subito chiesto di accomodarci all’esterno, nonostante un vento fastidioso stesse spazzando il dehors. La motivazione avanzata – “l’interno è riservato per la cena” – strideva con il fatto che diverse persone stavano semplicemente bevendo comodamente negli spazi interni.
Il personale era vestito in giacca e cravatta in un contesto estivo sulla spiaggia: un abbigliamento eccessivamente formale che strideva con l’atmosfera rilassata del locale, e oltretutto si è dimostrato poco empatico, non trovando alcuna soluzione al problema del vento, ma estremamente rigoroso nell’applicare questa regola. Comprendo la necessità di organizzare gli spazi per la cena, ma avrei gradito un minimo di flessibilità o, quantomeno, una spiegazione più trasparente, visto che il locale non era effettivamente occupato da coperti per il pasto.
L’allestimento interno è curato, con arredi moderni, luci soffuse e un bancone ben fornito, e anche l’area esterna non è affatto trasandata. Tuttavia, la posizione dei tavoli dehors, esposta al vento forte, ha reso l’esperienza sgradevole fin dal primo minuto.
In conclusione, se cercate un locale dal design piacevole e un servizio cortese, il bar fa sicuramente una buona impressione a prima vista. Se però avete intenzione di bere un aperitivo e non la cena, preparatevi a essere confinati fuori, anche quando ci sono posti liberi all’interno. Per me, un’occasione sprecata: ottimo potenziale, pessima gestione degli spazi per chi non ordina la cena.
