27/02/2024: I'm so sorry to only give one star but our experience wasn't the best. Family dinner with small children. We immediately order two burgers with chips for them and a portion of chips for the adults. Industrial meat and heated chips. We were served a tray of chips for I don't know how many people (then, tasting them, I understood why). We ordered some beers which unfortunately had run out. We order the pizzas (4) after half an hour the boy comes saying that one pizza could no longer be made because the ingredients were finished, okay it can happen, let's change the pizza. After a quarter of an hour they return saying that another pizza couldn't always be made for the same reason. It was now 10am and we decided to cancel one pizza and announced that if they hadn't already made the others not to make them because we would be leaving. We are told they were in the oven. Another 15 minutes pass. Dispassionate advice. Never bring leftover chips from a table to the table and reheat them badly, because people will notice, and then at least apologize for the wait, for the inconvenience.

31/08/2024: The Baglio Cudia Resort, located in the Stagnone area of ​​Marsala, is an ancient Sicilian country residence transformed into a welcoming accommodation facility. During our stay, we appreciated the outdoor pool, also accessible during check-in, a real pleasure to relax immediately after arrival. Although we had breakfast included, we couldn't use it for work reasons, so we asked if it was possible to convert it into a snack for lunch. With great courtesy, the employee brought us a tray with pre-peeled fresh fruit and biscuits directly to the poolside, a gesture truly appreciated. The rooms, although a little dark, were comfortable and equipped with a small terrace with table, chairs and clothesline, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the place. The only small inconvenience was the absence of mosquito nets. The resort also offers a large patio surrounded by olive trees and convenient internal parking, creating an atmosphere of peace and serenity. A big thank you for your hospitality and for the affordable prices that make the stay even more pleasant. Definitely a place to recommend for those looking for a relaxing break in the Sicilian countryside.

26/08/2024: I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cudia, an elderly gentleman from times gone by, who despite his advanced age, if he met us at breakfast or in the courtyard, always made a point of greeting us with a big smile. I loved his welcome and the girls at the reception are also helpful and very kind. The rooms certainly need to be reviewed as well as the breakfast but if you don't have high expectations, the location and the staff make everything easier to digest. You can get to the salt road on foot, which starts a few meters from the structure and runs along the entire lagoon, beautiful to do in the morning on foot or by bike, continuing straight (5' by car) there are the famous salt pans. Furthermore, about 900 meters away there is a pharmacy, a small market and a petrol station.

07/07/2024: I'm sorry but the Negroni was so terrible that I left it completely. It's a shame because the place is nice overall but there are better places in the area. Furthermore, the usual accompanying snacks are not given with the cocktails...

07/10/2023: Eccellenti piatti tutti a base di pesce cucinato e servito in maniera egregia. Il nostro tavolo era ubicato sul pontile che si protrae nel mare. Cenato a settembre senza quindi godere della bellezza del fondale sottostante. Eravamo i 8. Tutti soddisfatti. Un sincero grazie a Francesco per la cortesia

21/08/2024: Aperitif in this suggestive place due to the salt pans in the background, which turned out to be a real scam: 30 euros each for a drink with a single plate of crostini with butter and an anchovy on top (in total 3 crostini per person). Price of other drinks: 10 euros. Inattentive service and ruined bathrooms. I would never go back
