02/11/2025: Service! Service was invented here! The room perfectly matches the location—not overly luxurious, but everything is there and impeccably maintained. The location? The location is truly breathtaking. For lovers of fine wines, refined breakfasts, culinary dinners, and a pool with a view: this is a place to return to. I can't wait to go back. 30/10/2025: Staff: Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room: Spacious, comfortable, nice amenities. There was a bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Restaurant: Breakfast was great, lots of choice and it's all high quality. The wasps swarming the breakfast area was the only negative but that can't really be helped. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, just to try it out. I had the worst steak I've ever had here, truly terrible. Prices are insanely high too Bar: We avoided the bar entirely due to the ridiculous prices. We went to the wine tasting one evening because we thought it would be something special to do in the hotel, it cost €50 per person which is crazy given the cost in other local wineries. Location: you will need a car to get everywhere, it's very remote. All in all, I was happy enough with the hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast. I wouldn't return because it's very limiting being so remote, especially when the hotel is charging 3-4x the prices of anywhere else for food/drinks.

24/10/2025: Excellent cannoli, filled freshly, of course. The shell is fragrant and crispy. The ricotta is delicious, fresh, and chunky, giving the impression of being hand-mixed. We enjoyed them for breakfast with a coffee; they cost €2.50 each. It's a small place, and we were lucky enough to be the only ones inside and have a table and chairs. The hostess was very kind. Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: With considerable trepidation, after a truly awful lunch experience at another osteria that I'm deliberately not mentioning here, but which I've reviewed, we decided to stop because the smell was wafting in from outside. We waited for the second sitting, taking the opportunity to stroll through the center of Marsala and enjoy a delicious aperitivo. With that preamble, let's get down to business! The place is very well-kept and clean, the staff is friendly and always smiling, the owner is courteous and very attentive to her customers, and our compliments go to the chef. The ingredients are excellent. The grouper ravioli in broth are a delight for the taste buds! The spaghetti with red shrimp and the cod bites in chickpea flour are also worthy of mention. Everything was so commendable that we returned for lunch on November 2, 2025. I was actually craving the lobster busiate after the flop the day before, and this time we hit the mark and... listen up... it really tasted like lobster, with well-balanced flavors. We also ordered other dishes, but I'll leave the discovery to you. Value for money 10/10. If we return next year for another soccer tournament, we'll definitely come back. Thank you.

01/11/2025: Highly recommended! We had a delicious trio of seafood bruschetta, a tuna platter, and spaghetti corallo with red shrimp tartare. What can I say... everything was exceptional!

08/11/2025: Chef Maurizio is a storyteller, a traveler, a tour guide, and, among other things, a chef 😉. The swordfish arancini are fabulous, the fried fish is varied and dry, and the boiled octopus is abundant and flavorful. And finally, the bread with a crispy crust. Highly recommended.

23/09/2025: my restaurant to go, high on my list. Very populair make a reservation! Simpel and very tastefull menu's, i love the bruchetta's en pesce spada, even the pizza's are very good and not expensive. I visit the restaurant when i am in Marsala where my sailing boat lays.

09/10/2025: A modern, well-decorated, and spacious bar/restaurant with plenty of tables inside and out. The staff is young, friendly, and efficient with table service. It's very crowded, especially in the morning, but there's a limited selection of pastries for breakfast and afternoon snacks. The price of the mini pastries is exorbitant (1.50 for a pastry!). And by the way, I had a mini cannoli that was soft, not crunchy. I'd recommend making them only upon request and on the spot.

I travel often and enjoy local food and drink, and here they satisfied my desire... The service was excellent and super fast, the bill was excellent... here the flavors and Trapani food are not overlooked, highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Disappointment despite good reviews – beware! We recently visited a seafood restaurant in Marsala, drawn by the many positive reviews we'd read online. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. Once we arrived, we were surprised to notice that all the fish dishes on the menu had an asterisk, indicating frozen products. Considering that we're in a seaside town and that the restaurant bills itself as a "seafood" restaurant, we expected a completely different quality, perhaps with at least some fresh fish of the day. This detail hadn't been mentioned in any of the reviews we'd read, and it's only right that those looking for a true local seafood experience be aware of it. The service was courteous and the restaurant was nice, but the quality of the ingredients doesn't justify the rave reviews we'd read online. I advise readers to be wary of overly enthusiastic reviews and do their research before choosing, especially if you're looking for fresh seafood.

10/09/2025: Grumpy as hell He doesn't know what kindness or politeness is September. There's no one on the beach. It's a cloudy, windy day, almost raining. I ask for a simple, slightly warmed chocolate croissant. The first time, he pretends not to hear, and passes it to me cold. The second time, thinking he hadn't heard me, I politely ask if he can warm it up for me. He starts cursing, making hand gestures and muttering strange things, and then throws the plate in front of me on the counter. At this, I'm incredulous because I don't understand his problem. It was clear he was mad at me. I ask him if this kind of treatment is normal, because if he couldn't warm it up, he could just say so clearly and it would have been over with. He continues gesturing in vain, telling me that it's still warm in September and that croissants don't heat up. Is everything okay?

28/09/2025: Just outside the center of Marsala. Very well maintained, the owners and staff are truly friendly and helpful. To let us eat in peace, the owner offered to push the stroller since the baby was falling asleep. We declined so as not to disturb us, but it was a truly appreciated gesture and not at all expected. The food, what can I say? From the appetizers to the pizzas to the first courses, everything was truly delicious. We will return to Marsala, and we will definitely return to this restaurant.

19/10/2025: We had a tasting... they welcomed us despite the very short notice. Manuela, our guide, took us on a tour of the cellars and conveyed all the love she and the owners have for this place. An enchanting place, created with love for their land. We'll be back... congratulations!

20/09/2025: As a family, we decided to choose this winery for a Sicilian wine tasting. Mrs. Paola (owner with her husband Giacomo, an oenologist and researcher) welcomed us to the estate and spoke about their history, the traditions they have revived to enhance the land they live on, and shared their passion for this work with us. She showed us both the vineyard, explaining the characteristics of the various grapes, and the winemaking process (currently underway), as well as their cellar, allowing us to stroll among the barrels and bottles of wine. We chose the €30 tasting plus, which includes a tasting of five wines (vintage, Grillo, Bianco Riserva, Nero d'Avola, and Rosso Riserva) along with a platter of panelle, bruschetta, their own olives, almonds, and small samples of traditional Sicilian dishes such as tuna with onions and caponata. The wines are exceptional, and you can taste their passion through their products. We each stopped for a first course, highly recommended for the quality and generosity of the chef. We had linguine with almond and lemon pesto and Mazara shrimp, couscous with fish soup, and busiate pasta with swordfish and eggplant. The experience is absolutely worthwhile, highly recommended: it's a wonderful company that works hard, respecting a vision and philosophy that has been their guiding principle for over twenty years. The staff was very friendly and available to answer our questions about the estate and the wine. We look forward to future events on perpetual wine, given the curiosity instilled during the guided tour.

01/11/2025: As usual, when we arrive, Michele wears white gloves and rolls out a long red carpet at our feet, always professional and attentive, meticulous, precise and respectful of those who spend their money with him... I personally have recommended him to several friends and he has never made me look bad, in fact they have all returned willingly... Well done Michele, well done everyone... You are among the 'friends' restaurateurs whose trust I most trust

19/10/2025: We were drawn to this place by the people who recommended it, as well as by the positive reviews. I had made a reservation since it was Saturday, and as soon as we arrived, it was chaos; they didn't know where to put us. After five minutes, they sat us at a tiny table that literally couldn't fit; I didn't know where to put my bag and coat. We were in the aisle leading to the register. We spent the whole evening in absolute chaos, with waiters passing trays in front of us, calling out to each other and shouting, it felt like a long table with all the other guests, zero privacy. We had the burger, and it wasn't bad, but mediocre. It left me hungry and not at all satisfying. We waited for the waiters to ask us if we wanted dessert or something else, but we waited and no one came. At a certain point, we left. We will definitely not return. A chaotic place with zero comfort.
