27/07/2025: We spent three nights at Baglio Oneto, which we will always remember. I proposed to my girlfriend during this time, and the entire team did everything before and during our arrival to make this day and our stay extra special. Many thanks again to the entire team. This historic hotel is in an idyllic and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was particularly varied, and the dinner was excellent. We would love to come back. 19/07/2025: Girando per Marsala abbiamo scoperto questa perla. Piccolo ma confortevole, dentro si vede proprio tutta la passione per il vino. Simpaticissimo il personale che ti offre il prodotto spiegandone le qualità. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e mi e dispiaciuto leggere qualche commento negativo, forse atteggiamento del personale dipende dal cliente un po' maleducato??? Noi abbiamo preso un calice di Marsala e un Zibibbo, ci ha hanno fatto provare anche qualche altro vino senza farcelo pagare. Ci ritornemo molto volentieri

I therefore recommend stopping by this place, since many restaurants in the city don't even know what vegan means. I encourage them to offer more plant-based options for other breakfast products and desserts, to accommodate those who choose vegan options for ethical reasons or with intolerances.

A very aesthetically pleasing restaurant, it offers a vast menu and a delicious seafood dinner. 22/07/2025: Trattoria near the Stagnone salt flats. The outdoor area is simple yet welcoming, and the service is fairly quick and, above all, extremely friendly. The food is generally excellent. We had seafood salad (very good), caponata (the only dish we weren't thrilled with), panelle (good), busiate with Trapani pesto and shrimp (very good), and carbonara (good). Overall, a good experience, especially considering the reasonable prices.

14/07/2025: Delicious food, excellent, and very friendly service. Having a very, very fussy daughter, we were very happy she ordered two plates of carbonara, which was excellent. The caponata was delicious. We'll be back before we leave.

Food is so fresh, establishment is run by husband and wife, always packed with locals, which is always a good sign for a great spot. Menu of the day alternates, and a selection of pre-made local dishes to choose from if you’re in a hurry. Prices are extremely reasonable. And owner is quick to get out his Google translate app to help! Lovely warm people. Thanks for looking after us 👍🏼

20/07/2025: Beautiful grill restaurant, we ate some giant and delicious sandwiches, very kind staff, after 5 minutes of us arriving the order girl took care of taking the orders for the children immediately, excellent value for money... at the end of the evening they also gave us an orange jam made by them... Excellent English is spoken at reception. The room was spotlessly clean. The entire complex is extremely well-maintained and captivating in its beauty. The only thing that could be improved: The pool area lacks atmosphere – it seems a bit plain. Perhaps more lush vegetation would remedy this. It's hard to put into words, but this is complaining at the highest level. Restaurant: The only explanation for some of the negative reviews is that the operators have made some changes. Personally, I found both the service and the food impeccable. The value for money is more than fair – almost too cheap. If only all restaurants in Sicily were of this standard! Conclusion: Bravo! A hotel and restaurant that I can recommend to my friends with a clear conscience at any time.

After many years of vacationing in Sicily, Baglio Donna Franca has still managed to amaze me with its setting, hospitality, and professionalism. The restaurant deserves special praise: excellent cuisine, authentic local products, and a rich, high-quality menu at a very affordable price. I hope to return next year!
