As soon as you walk in, you feel the professionalism and passion: friendly staff, fast service, and a consistently welcoming atmosphere 🌹
The croissants are piping hot every morning, fragrant, and available in so many variations—it's impossible to choose just one! 🥐🔥
The coffee and cappuccinos are perfect, always creamy and flavorful ☕🤎
The savory section is also a blast: tramezzini, panini, and all kinds of treats, all fresh and incredibly tasty 🥪🍕
A place where you start the day with a smile and the desire to return! 😊
Highly recommended, truly one of the best bars in Trapani! 💯👏

20/10/2025: We went in for a coffee and a dessert, but the choice was terrible. The lady behind the counter wasn't exactly friendly, and the bathrooms were dirty and broken, not to mention indecent. Not recommended. Luckily, we went to a different restaurant for lunch.
05/10/2025: 10€ for two glasses of HOT red wine, and it was clearly not my own wine, but a refilled and dirty bottle. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned for days, and the bar was empty... Never to return.

01/10/2025: We had an aperitif on the terrace at sunset, a beautiful experience, with a stunning view and Erice, a beautiful medieval village. If you're in the area, a visit is a must.

Warm seafood couscous, fish (crumbs), and 4 squid rings with barely cooked semolina... in short, avoid...

17/10/2025: Bad service and bad food aren't usually a given in Sicily. However, this restaurant succeeds. The food was bland and greasy, and in our opinion, some of it was canned or frozen. The waitresses weren't really on the ball. While we were eating, there was a continuous line next to us waiting for the only, very dirty, restroom. And since the white-haired waiter felt he had to constantly reshuffle and restock dishes, making a loud clatter, it was incredibly loud.
We wouldn't recommend it; this restaurant doesn't deserve the name Edelweiss.
12/10/2025: The coffee was okay. As for the food, you can eat anything if you're really hungry and other restaurants are full. Otherwise, I'd probably choose another place. The people working there are polite and helpful.

18/10/2025: They've removed the wine bar sign, I imagine to try to avoid being recognized after the reviews. The place is a scam, two slushies in a shot glass for €13... the waiter is incredibly rude, and both he and the place look very dirty and neglected.
Places like this are where Italy gets a bad reputation. I hope you read the reviews before you eat and not afterward like we did.

14/07/2025: Pessima esperienza, pane Cunzato e panino con tonno, bruciati e sembravano riscaldati, 4 panini, una Birra Messina e una bottiglia di acqua 54 euro, prodotti veramente pessimi. Sconsigliato

Abbiamo preso la pizza OTTIMA con un impasto eccezionale!!! Due passiti( 10 euro, un po’ cari) e un cannolo squisitoooo.
18/07/2025: Pizza gustosissima, impasto eccezionale, rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, camerieri giovani e simpatici, proprietaria dolcissima consiglio a tutti di passare da qui se si vuole mangiare una buonissima pizza e pagare poco per la qualità degli ingredienti e dell’impasto

26/04/2025: Attratti dalla promessa di una vista fantastica e da un menù interessante, abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante in un’atmosfera accogliente e confortevole. Pietanze ottime con ingredienti semplici ma di qualità. Esperienza da ripetere.
