09/05/2024: This restaurant opened for us early on a rainy night and for a family of twelve. We found ourselves at Milan EXPO chef. And we were welcomed like family members by chef Nicolo, waiter Emmanuele and Alessandra (who creates the best dolce!!). What ever we ordered was exceptional! We came back twice. Full stop.

06/05/2024: Excellent mussels, delicious fried dish of the day. First courses al dente! Fresh salad and delicious baked potatoes!!! The octopus not to be missed!! Possibility for intolerants!!! Space for accompanying dogs welcome!

06/04/2024: Very nicely decorated restaurant with delicious dishes. Very nice and attentive service. A specialty of the house is the tagliatelle “Vedova Allegra” which tastes excellent - definitely try it!

05/04/2024: Very nice place that allows you to get into the Sicilian atmosphere. The waiters are very nice although some don't speak English (but will try to understand you!) Good meal despite the fact that the server is in love (dish far too salty)

03/10/2023: Ci siamo fermati qui per caso il primo giorno del nostro arrivo a Castellammare del Golfo il 13 settembre 2023. Avevamo bisogno un pò di assaporare noi del Nord quel genuino cibo "locale" tanto rinomato in tutto lo stivale (isole comprese) . Il cibo ed il servizio qui sono stati davvero impeccabili tanto che siamo tornati anche tutte le sere successive a cena fino alla nostra partenza del 23 settembre. Il locale si trova in una posizione centralissima è molto accogliente e luminoso. Gli spazi sono ben puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort compreso i tavoli all'aperto che ti fanno sentire profondamente come "a casa". Il tutto accompagnato dalle straordinarie premure del proprietario Vincenzo, una persona estremamente empatica e "corretta" che non ha mai smesso di darci le attenzioni dovute e le sue migliori spiegazioni di sempre e che non ci ha mai fatto mancare la sua presenza al nostro tavolo. Un grazie immenso va anche ad Alex che con il suo sorriso e la sua estrema gentilezza ha saputo conquistare la nostra simpatia, un grazie naturalmente va anche al pizzaiolo ed a tutto il suo staff. Una tappa allo street food Quattro Canti è d'obbligo e non ha bisogno di molte presentazioni perchè indissolubilmente questo locale sa unire tradizione e gusto in ogni pezzo che viene "prodotto" e che deve essere mangiato rigorosamente con le mani. Qui in Sicilia per assaporare e mangiare certi cibi abbiamo imparato che bastano solo quelle. Non ci siamo fatti mancare le arancine (qui sono “femmine”), gli sfincioni, il pane cunzatu . Sono una vera e propria prelibatezza ne sono un esempio le arancine quegli scrigni di riso dorati e fritti la cui forma e profumo non ha mai smesso di attirare il nostro palato. Qui tutto è davvero speciale, lo sfincione, quella morbida tradizione siciliana, altro fiore all'occhiello rigorosamente da provare che è simile alle pizze in teglia ma ancor più morbido, da sciogliersi veramente in bocca. E poi il pane cunzatu che nella sua estrema semplicità è un viaggio a ritroso nel tempo e che è il mio preferito di sempre. Insomma se si vuole godere dei veri sapori trapanesi questo è il posto giusto dove sostare, insomma un esplosione di sapori. Il cibo è davvero buonissimo e cucinato con tanto amore. La qualità dei prodotti è molto alta e con prezzi assolutamente modici. Se consideriamo poi il personale, molto cordiale ed attento al servizio al cliente, che altro dire? Un vero e proprio gioiello culinario , difficile qui trovare qualcosa che non vada bene, direi quindi che per la mia breve esperienza è pressochè impossibile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Voto 110 con Lode ed 8 stelle Michelin.... AMAZING

Bravo il gestore della sala che nonostante le tante persone da servire ha sempre avuto la situazione sotto controllo. 1 antipasto con bocconcini di tonno 2 cous cous di pesce 1/2 vino Caffè Acqua Totale: 70€ Voto 7+

12/05/2024: Good food, recommended starters, very fast courses, they don't give you time to rest between one course and another, you can see that everything is already ready! They care little about the tranquility of the customer who almost sees the customers themselves coming at them without respect, tourist menu. It's worth trying

09/05/2024: Very very bad! First of all the waitress can’t speak neither Italian, neither English. He doesn’t even know, what he has in the menu. If you ask him something about dishes, he is totally lost. Food was very bad- the worst pasta I ever had in Italy. We came here based on reviews, but I really don’t understand how they can have such a high rating! The quality of food is comparable with food in bad school cantina. We received firstly pasta and minute after that we got the starter 😀 Prices are low, but I rather stay hungry or pay more, than come to this restaurant again.

25/03/2024: Premetto che sono un cliente abituale. Ho visto un graduale decadimento del ristorante e un contestuale incremento dei prezzi. Con grande dispiacere prendo atto che da un approccio originario basato sulla qualità si è passati gradualmente verso la quantità a scapito della prima. Il risultato è: personale inadatto e addirittura incapace di versare del vino, diversi piatti sbagliati (la cucina dovrebbe conoscere il menu), 1:30 di attesa per gli antipasti e 2:30 per i primi (con la sala praticamente vuota), qualità scarsa e una figuraccia collezionata con tutta la famiglia durante i festeggiamenti per un'occasione speciale. Peccato

04/10/2023: Der Service war herzlich und nett, wenn auch am Ende leider verschwunden. Die Aussicht über die Bucht ist klasse. Fisch des Tages wie sooft in den Restaurants der Umgebung nicht vorhanden. Speisen ansonsten durchschnittlich aber verhältnismäßig weniger überteuert.

23/10/2023: I travelled alone, the room was a single bed, very affordable, I stayed one night. What makes me give 5 stars is the value for the money. The breakfast is really great, and I got a lovely dog as company:)

22/09/2023: We had a small stay with my partner a few days ago, the place is very welcoming, the structure has been renovated and well organised. The hostesses in the lobby are very nice, they explain in detail what you can do inside the structure and what you can do in the surrounding area; for example the coves along the coast that you can visit. The manager of the facility and the owner were very kind. The abundant breakfast with good quality products and a wide and varied choice. We will return to visit this establishment, perhaps we will try their restaurant which is in the start-up phase. Thank you .
