08/08/2025: Intimate, elegant atmosphere. Exceptional staff, EXCELLENT meat. Excellent wait times. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. It was my first time, and I'll be back next vacation. There's a wide range of gluten-free options, especially since it's meat.

06/08/2025: We went to dinner with Vitto and Barbara on the recommendation of a friend, and the result exceeded our expectations. They recommended some of their specialties, such as the cheek and oxtail stew and the crostini with quail eggs and truffle, which were truly a surprise. The rib eye steak was excellent, both for the quality of the meat (produced by them) and the preparation. We finished with a saffron parfait, a truly unique treat, and absolutely worth trying! All the staff were kind and helpful, and the place was very well-kept. It was truly a lovely evening. Thank you 😊

23/08/2025: Probably my favorite place. My husband and I chose it for our wedding in July 2022, and we still remember it fondly. A magical place for me, and more. The good food is matched by the care and kindness of all the staff. We returned for dinner this month. Simply divine. I highly recommend it, whether for a simple dinner or any event.

15/08/2025: Wonderful location surrounded by nature, very evocative. We celebrated our daughter's first communion on June 15, 2025, and everything was wonderful. Without question, the service is exceptional. The food is the best we’ve eaten in all of Italy, not ‘just’ Sicily. Exceptional food, exceptional people, exceptional experience.

07/09/2025: As for the very fresh, well-prepared fish dishes. NOTE: The dining room on the corner with the other street is poorly divided, making it confusing for the restaurant next door, which can lead to sitting in the wrong place.

05/09/2025: A warm welcome, prompt service, and top-quality ingredients turned a simple pizza into a perfect dinner. The Cerri pizza is truly spectacular. It's worth every penny for €16. The surprise was a €1.00 penalty for an ingredient removed from the list for that pizza. This had never happened to us before. Congratulations. When things are done well, the price is never questioned. Thank you so much.

13/07/2025: Siamo state a cena da Liborio per la prima volta. Consiglio la degustazione di crudo, cotto, caldi con le fettuccine ai frutti di mare. Pesce spada ottimo come il vino bianco della casa. 04/09/2025: A pleasant surprise in the center of Castellammare. We ate dinner at the tables outside. The first course was a special "la buona forchetta" (good for the food), the sauce we'll remember for a long time, and the meat was also very good. Fast service and the owners were friendly and welcoming. A first course, a sliced ​​steak, a trio of meats, and a side dish with water and wine were €45, a fair price. The only downside is that the tables outside are on the street and traffic passes by, but the quality of the food makes it worth it.

04/09/2025: A restaurant with a terrace overlooking the marina. We had a brusiata with trizzana and a brusiata with swordfish. What can I say, it's been a while since I've had such good pasta... too bad I didn't take a couple of photos, I'll have to go back 😜

16/01/2025: Very well looked after. I stayed there in the winter so I couldn't see the beauty of this place in the summer. But it was magical all the same. Breathtaking view, excellent service even though we were perhaps the only customers of the structure. Very varied breakfast, including gluten free and various vegetable and lactose free options. Impeccable cleanliness. I would definitely go back in good weather.
