23/06/2025: We had lunch and dinner yesterday at this restaurant for my birthday and everything was impeccable, from the quality of the food to the impeccable and fast service, to the welcome... truly an excellent place, I have rarely eaten so well! We tried both the 1995 couscous (very abundant and cheap compared to other restaurants) and the fish omelette and the grilled fish, also the tiramisu, the cassatelle and the caramel parfait. Everything was extremely good! If we pass by the area again, we will definitely come back to visit you! It is worth going there!

01/07/2025: We had a fantastic experience ! We ordered pasta and a fish called dentice, and everything was absolutely delicious. I was truly impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They took the time to help us choose a dish we would really enjoy, and their positive attitude made all the difference. Highly recommended!

05/06/2025: We returned to Buona Forchetta after 3 years with the usual group from Catania (17 people) What can I say, everything was perfect as usual: the goodness and genuineness of the food, the excellent value for money, the professionalism and courtesy of Vincenzo, the owner. We love that area of ​​Sicily and Buona Forchetta is definitely one more reason to return soon!!!

04/06/2025: We had dinner in this place facing the bay, beautiful view. Impeccable service, a very kind waiter. The menu ordered was a fixed price, the quality of the food was quite good, but it still left us with something not completely satisfying. What not to do, however, is to add to the bill a coffee and a bitter that were listed on the fixed price menu. I would recommend it if it had prices more in line with the offer and maybe I would go back too, but otherwise I don't think I would repeat the experience.

Go for fresh fish, eventually arancini to start with. Pizza was not really that authentic and would also advise to serve the Tiramisu not being frozen in the centre of it 😉 Great experience though.

03/05/2025: Di ritorno da Segesta,cercavamo un ristorante non turistico su TripAdvisor. Leggiamo le recensioni e balzano agli occhi i commenti relativi a questa attività. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi ci hanno accolto con molta cortesia. I piatti sul menu sembrano con prezzi medio alti, poi quando li vediamo arrivare si capisce il perché...porzioni molto abbondanti....qualità top ,senza discussioni. Ci piace la filosofia di questo ristorante e ci torneremo. È stato tra i migliori pranzi mai fatti in Sicilia. Antipasto misto caldo,fritto misto di pesce e pesce spada alla griglia...da leccarsi i baffi. Bravo Liborio 👏👏👏 Pablera e signora

29/04/2025: On the occasion of a motorbike ride with the ROUTE 121 MOTOFRIENDS GROUP we chose this restaurant by chance and with the precious advice of Mr.'s wife. Liborio we chose the tasting menu which truly delighted our palate, many courses based on fish cooked with skill and raw fish seasoned very well and lastly a superlative seafood pasta, even the non-bottled wine was of excellent quality and to finish the gastronomic journey a not bad sorbet, coffee and typical local bitters!! What can I say, the cost is adequate for the quality and goodness of the ingredients, WE WILL BE PLEASURELY BACK!!!

12/06/2025: Pub found by chance during a walk. We noticed the waiters serving interesting hamburgers at the tables on the street and especially their pizza on a shovel and we decided to stop for a quick dinner. The craft draft beer is also excellent. Recommended.
