15/11/2025: We discovered Agavòs during a motorcycle trip, and arrived at this very picturesque place. The restaurant is nestled in this valley overlooking the sea, with the Sanctuary of Tindari to the side, making it truly beautiful!
A refined menu, certainly carefully planned. I would have preferred a tasting menu, because in a place like this, you expect to try a little bit of everything.
The chef's entrée was truly beautiful, a pleasant surprise. We were also well advised on the wine selection.
The location is well-kept, the interiors and the outdoor veranda are truly beautiful.

From the side dishes to the first and second courses,
The lasagna and baked pasta are especially worth trying! The spit-roasted chicken was also delicious!
The owners, Maurizio and Maria, were also very kind.
I'll be back every time I'm on vacation!

29/09/2025: This place is perfect if you're looking for pizza. It's incredibly good, and the atmosphere is great too.
I'm deducting one star for the other dishes (I had a salad, and other reviews mentioned the pasta) and the beer servings (0.33 liters are served in 0.25-liter glasses, and 0.66 liters in 0.5-liter glasses).

24/09/2025: A mega bar, the drinks are top-notch, freshly mixed, and very reasonably priced. 5 stars so far. But then the food...
The food, if only the sides, is also great. However, the fish burgers are only mediocre quality. The burger just didn't taste very good and was very heavy on the stomach. The salmon was probably not quite fresh and was therefore spiced with lots of lemon. The guacamole wasn't really guacamole. The tuna was okay, but not the quality of a steak; it was just pieces of tuna with "cartilage," which is a shame. I'm sure if they improve the burgers, this place will be a real hit! Great fries. Very friendly service. Great view!

08/04/2026: We happened upon this restaurant in Patti while returning to Calabria from Palermo. Right from the moment we made our reservation (requesting gluten-free options), we were pleased with the owner's response (no problem, it's a daily occurrence for us). The menu features a wide variety of traditional seafood dishes, and more. We enjoyed a truly excellent lunch in peace. The quality was excellent. The owner was friendly and attentive, even when describing the ingredients in each dish. The price was very reasonable for the quality and overall offering.

08/09/2025: We ate well, a large plate of pasta, well cooked, freshly made and hot, the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous, with a smile, this is what customers need, the sandwich tasted excellent and the products were fresh, we'll return and I recommend anyone passing by to stop by.

We discovered it on our first day of vacation and it stayed with us for the rest of our stay. The food was delicious and homemade, the arancini were the best we've ever tried (in fact, I even bought some to take home as a last resort 😭). The prices were very reasonable, and the place was quiet and relaxing, especially eating under the trees overlooking the sea!

18/02/2026: The owners and staff are incredibly kind!!! They have delicious croissants in a variety of flavors (the one with cream is delicious!)... the brioches with a "tuppo" filling are delicious!!!
The coffee is delicious, even the decaf one!!!

28/12/2025: I ate here with my family (7 adults and 2 children). The appetizers were very unique and delicious, the pasta with ragu and truffle was exceptional, and the variety of meat-based main courses were truly delicious. The service was excellent despite the restaurant being packed. The bill was €40 per person (adults only). Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: I had to stop by by chance. The place is definitely not touristy (I understood from the local views). But the atmosphere is really nice, the food is good :)
13/09/2025: I was drawn in by the reviews, but... No kidding! The place is very old, very dirty, perhaps not renovated in 40 years, with terrible decor. The bathroom is shameful, all broken and dirty. I can't even imagine the food.
The prices are low, but the food isn't up to par. The only decent thing is the pizza.
We ordered a kind of tagliata served 1980s-style with a balsamic vinegar glaze in a zigzag pattern. It was old, tasteless, and stringy, and cost 14 euros! The mixed grill was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
I'm sorry, places like this should just close down in 2025.
