22/01/2025: Restaurant in the port area of ​​Milazzo. Despite the location in a busy area, once you enter it seems like you are in another place. Nice environment and attentive and kind service. We chose a tasting starter with raw and cooked options. Very good and adequate portions to share with a second person. First courses also delicious and finally fresh desserts. Even if the price is a little above average, it is among the top 3 fish restaurants in Milazzo in my opinion. Super recommended.

18/02/2025: Assolutamente da migliorare sia nell’offerta di carne proposta che… ahimè anche nel servizio che se pur ci tiene ad essere presente si vede proprio che non ha le basi. Cottura sbagliata, taglio sbagliato, tempi di servizio sbagliati, digestivi serviti in bicchieri sbagliati. Riassumendo la location è carina ma c’è tanto da aggiustare.

It ranges between a cuisine that is influenced by a regional Apulian expression and a regional Sicilian contamination that represents the territories well (also something further north on the menu) I found it to be a genuine and sincere experience A delicious rabbit salad (a little too much oil), very tasty and soft The Bordeaux cheek with very amazing purée, melting and with a full flavour Generous and tasty platters of cured meats, typical aubergine rolls on burrata cream and crunchy bread The first courses include paccheri with white ragù, gnocchi with pistachio and burrata, rigatone with carbonara and tagliolini with cocoa and white rabbit ragù, which will satisfy all palates, with various textures and flavours, full I would say... Excellent and delicate steamed cod and ash potatoes Homemade desserts, good but not very good, something more classic tiramisu (version with pandoro, given the period I think...,) then panna cotta and berry cheesecake... Right price quality

17/11/2024: Returning after a few years to what I remembered as a high quality restaurant, in terms of food and service, I was very disappointed. Apart from the quantity of the portions, the gnocchi of the same quantity as the paccheri, I ordered a fillet with green pepper, which had nothing of fillet, very hard and calloused meat, obviously I left it, the waitress asks me why and tells me that he would report. No one showed up either to apologise, or to ask if we wanted anything else, not even for dessert, coffee, or offer us a drink, nothing. After ten minutes we left. Needless to say, the fillet was included in the bill!

12/01/2025: The Degus is a small corner of paradise in the village of Milazzo, near the castle. On this occasion we ordered two fish first courses and two second courses with side dishes. Excellent, tasty, cooked to perfection, the comfortable and welcoming environment, the excellent, fast and impeccable service. We ate well and the bill was also fair and honest.
