14/07/2024: Our wedding was a dream come true and exceeded our expectations. The organization, precision, participation and affection we received from the entire Antica Ruota team made us want to get married the next day too! The wedding ceremony was organized as we wanted. During the time dedicated to photos for the bride and groom, our guests were entertained by a rich buffet and 'almost' forgot our absence 😂 Upon our return, the welcome and the opening of the appetizer it left us speechless! Not to mention the dinner, acclaimed by all our guests for the goodness and innovation of the dishes! All accompanied by a staff attentive to the needs of all our guests. 01/07/2024: Butcher's shop with delicatessen departments (selection of typical Sicilian products, wine shop, ready-to-go meals) and delicatessen, also of its own production including the highly prized raw ham from Nebrodi black pigs. There is a very wide choice of preparations, all delicious. Courteous and competent staff. Fair prices. In here a vegetarian finds it difficult to remain one.

Cibo buonissimo soprattutto la pizza grazie alla maestria del pizzaiolo e la genuinità degli ingredienti. Da andare per chi si trova nella fantastica cittadina di Capo d'Orlando la camminata non è persa

21/07/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo dal ritorno delle vacanze prima di riprendere il traghetto. Abbiamo prenotato leggendo le altre recensioni. Siamo arrivati un pò più tardi dell'orario della prenotazione e ci hanno accolto con cortesia, mettendoci a proprio agio. Il locale è elegante ed arredato con gusto; il personale, gentile e cortese, ci ha ben consigiato ed illustrato le pietanze del menù e fuori menù. Ciò che abbiamo mangiato è stato gustoso e genuino. La pasta è fatta in casa ed il pesce freschissimo. Ritengo che per mangiare bene al giusto prezzo sia il posto giusto. Consigliatissimo. Se dovessimo in futuro trovarci in zona torneremo sicuramente.

05/08/2024: If you want to enjoy authentic Sicilian flavors with FRESH local products then you must try the bottega dei due monti!! We went there for a quick dinner, and we were very satisfied: we took two grilled sandwiches, with excellent quality bread and first choice ingredients! Cold cuts, cheeses, jams, creams, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and many other very fresh and delicious products. We waited very little even though it was very busy and we paid VERY LITTLE. Furthermore there is the possibility to sit both inside and outside and to buy some of the local products they use for their sandwiches! Highly recommended

25/07/2024: Excellent cured meats and cheeses. Local products of own production. Nebrodi black pig cured meats. Disproportionate variety of products. They prepare sandwiches (soft or homemade) both as per the menu and to the customer's taste. As an alternative to sandwiches, there is the possibility of sitting at the (few) tables and enjoying wonderful platters of cured meats, cheeses and products in oil. The management is family-run. Husband, wife and son have always been friendly and helpful (we have been going there for 25 years). Just entering the rustic restaurant makes your mouth water, because of all the cured meats and cheeses that are hanging. Then you approach the counter and get lost among the varieties of these delicacies. The sandwiches are cheap. Cutting boards cost a little more. But you pay for quality. They are not the products found in traditional delicatessens or shopping centers. These are 0 km products with indescribable goodness. Seeing is believing.

07/08/2024: Unfortunately, a meal was completely forgotten, the problem is not the forgotten food but the fact that when we asked twice, no food came, and the food was only offered when the boss came. This was about 30 minutes after everyone was finished. Service definitely 0 stars, a shame.

03/08/2024: After ordering we waited 45 minutes before being served. We asked for water several times, the glass of beer has yet to arrive. Not exactly an optimal evening. My pizza arrived after my family had finished. I was disappointed.

25/08/2024: Recommended by a person on site, we ate well but the grilled fish are to be avoided as all the different types of grilled fish have no flavor and are served dry. Staff in the room were friendly and polite.

24/08/2024: Serata in famiglia per festeggiare un compleanno passata in ottimo modo. Cena a base di pesce e pizza. Cibo delizioso e servizio preciso e cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
