30/11/2025: I'll start by saying I've been coming to Enjoy for years, and I've always had a great experience with the staff, food, and drinks. However, I have to say that this evening I witnessed something that left me speechless. I arrived around 11:30 PM with friends for a beer, and both the girl at the register and the girl with curly hair with a ponytail were very kind. So far, everything was fine. It barely took half an hour, and since we're smokers, we ask if we can finish our beers (just a couple of sips) at the outside tables so we can smoke. They were granted this as well. After about five minutes, two girls (the one with curly hair and another) come out to tidy up the tables and chairs. The girl with straight hair starts yelling, saying she's been there for 10 hours, and starts practically throwing tables and chairs around. I and the other people sitting outside (at a separate table) got up and left, honestly feeling quite upset. I fully understand how exhausting this job and the people can be because I work in the dining room myself, but none of this gives me the right to behave this way towards people. Personally, if someone had approached us and told us the pub was closing, we would have gotten up without a care in the world. Have shorter shifts or hire more staff, because seeing reactions like that puts us off even just coming in for a beer.

23/08/2025: I ordered three pizzas and a 66cl beer for delivery. The guy showed up with three pizzas and a small beer, a different brand than the one I ordered. He promised to bring another 33cl bottle, and I paid, confident he'd be right back. After an hour and a reminder, nothing arrived. I called the pizzeria again and asked them not to come. We'd eaten and digested the pizza, so I'd buy them a beer for tonight. This is not the way to behave.

08/11/2025: I wanted to share an unpleasant incident that happened to my son on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at this deli. He went to Cordai' to buy a piece of hot food, and the counter clerk served him an arancini. Once he went to the register with the arancini in one hand, having no cash, he presented his credit card to pay. The person at the register, seeing the credit card, snatched the arancini from him, saying they couldn't accept the payment because it was too low. Now I realize that the owner is trying to avoid paying bank commissions when such a low amount is presented (ignoring, among other things, that there are contracts with very low commission rates, so... get up to speed), but I want to highlight the truly arrogant and disrespectful gesture towards a 16-year-old boy, who at that moment couldn't even respond, remaining speechless and shocked by such rude and ill-mannered behavior from an adult. Now, first of all, my son should have been able to pay by card by law rather than suffer this injustice. But above all, it's worth noting that the arancini my son had in his hands, which he was about to take a bite of, were put back on the counter without any qualms. Truly unfortunate.
