23/06/2026: The owner is super friendly. The food is excellent.

01/06/2026: We ordered food for two people. My meal arrived first, but my husband's meal never arrived at all. Meanwhile, other customers on the terrace - who had arrived after us - were being served food continuously while we sat there waiting. The staff completely ignored us. Even when I politely asked what was going on or whether there had been a misunderstanding with our order, nobody seemed interested in helping. After waiting too long, I told them that we no longer wanted the missing meal. At that point, the owner ("the father" of the family running the restaurant) insisted that we still had to pay for everything we had ordered, including the food that was never served. I explained that this is not how customer service works. This visit caused a great deal of stress and was certainly not the pleasant way we wanted to end our evening. I only wish I had read the reviews before deciding to eat here. To make matters worse, the food that did arrive was not even good. Extremely disappointing experience. Poor service, poor communication, and no regard for customers. I would not recommend this place. We ordered food for two. My dish arrived first, but my husband's never arrived. After a decidedly inordinate wait, I said we no longer wanted the missing dish. At that point, the owner (the "daddy" of the family that runs the place) insisted we pay for everything we'd ordered, including the dish that had never been served. I explained to him that that's not how customer service works. This experience caused us a lot of stress and was certainly not the pleasant way we wanted to end our evening. I should have read the reviews before deciding to eat here. To make matters worse, the food that arrived wasn't even good. An extremely disappointing experience. Terrible service, lack of communication, and a complete lack of customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

23/12/2025: Giarre, CT. Piazza Duomo, 15. It's located in the premises formerly occupied by "Osteria Bonadies," which we frequented quite often years ago. Intrigued by the new management, or simply by the new sign, a few days ago we ordered some takeout pizzas. They weren't exactly exceptional, but they were quite good.

13/09/2025: I arrived at the restaurant, politely asking to be seated. I sat down and ordered a Margherita and a Campagnola. After about 15 minutes, the pizzas were brought to us. They didn't look or smell good, but the worst came when my dad and I tasted them. The dough tasted like yeast, the sauce was sour, and the mozzarella had no flavor. The worst pizza of my life, truly awful. They'll never remember me again.
