When you cross the threshold of this place the furnishings take you back to a time when stress was unknown and the hours seemed to go more slowly. 14/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorantino con asporto consigliato da persone del luogo ed abbiamo trovato cio' che desideravam: una cucina eccellente con prodotti di qualita' e la grande cortesia dei proprietari. I tonnarelli all'astice spettacolari!Prezzo onestissimo!Molto consigliato per chi, come noi, vuole assaporare i tesori della Sicilia in maniera veloce, prima di riprendere il viaggio. Lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio!

Dai sapori autentici della tradizione italiana alle proposte più innovative, ogni portata racconta una storia. Non possiamo non menzionare la carta dei vini, che offre una selezione eccellente per accompagnare ogni piatto con il giusto abbinamento. 17/12/2024: We stayed in Giarre 3 nights and Novecento was the best dinner by far. It's a 20-minute walk from the center of town to the restaurant, but well worth it. Novecento is in a century-old house; the dining area is on the first floor, where the bedrooms once were. The design is elegant but welcoming. And the food was delightful! One of us is vegetarian and was not disappointed by the menu. The other is an omnivore and so was delighted by the unique local dishes - not the same 5 offerings that most restaurants prepare. The appetizer for one would have been more than enough for two, but of course we couldn't resist, a primo for the vegetarian and a secondo for the omnivore.

15/12/2024: I missed this place and believe me, I wanted to write my review as a Google reviewer, here it is. Cozy place in a modern style. I paid 43 euros for two sandwiches with horse meat, chips and two drinks including a beer. Good appetizer of three types of potatoes. well fried frozen starter.Small sandwiches and honestly the horse meat was under seasoned.I have eaten better sandwiches.....

10/11/2024: Giarre CT. Via Aprile Finocchiaro, 17. We had a nice evening. Good food and nice place. Some reservations about the service. I have to make an observation about what is written on the menu. What is offered is the OCTOPUS Sandwich. The octopus is something else!
