08/07/2025: I recently visited this pizzeria and I must say the experience was exceptional in every way. The welcoming atmosphere sets the tone. The owner and waiters are distinguished by their kindness and professionalism, always present but never intrusive, which I greatly appreciate.
But let's get to the heart of the evening: the pizza! The dough is light and flavorful, the ingredients high-quality, and perfectly cooked. Every bite is a pleasure. To top it all off, their selection of craft beers is truly remarkable. I had the opportunity to try several, all top-notch and perfect with pizzas. It's clear that careful research goes into their beer list, which further elevates the culinary experience.
I was so impressed that I returned the next day with others, eager to share this pleasant discovery with them. And my second visit confirmed the quality and courtesy I had initially encountered.
In short, if you're looking for a pizzeria where you can enjoy excellent pizzas, paired with an excellent selection of craft beers, and where you'll feel welcomed with warmth and professionalism, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Their restaurant is highly recommended—we had an amazing evening enjoying excellent food and a peaceful atmosphere.

19/07/2025: An excellent experience at the Colosseo Restaurant in Niscemi! A welcoming, well-maintained restaurant with a family atmosphere. Delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Attentive and friendly service. A real highlight is the homemade liqueur served at the end of the meal: fragrant and authentic, truly special! Excellent value. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic cuisine and sincere hospitality.

18/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante alla fine di un convegno organizzato da un club service della zona purtroppo non possiamo dire di avere mangiato bene gli antipasti erano abbastanza gradevoli anche se nel complesso non giudicabili in quanto sono alcuni passavano un giudizio positivo
i primi assolutamente da evitare si salva solo la cortesia dei camerieri, anche se il servizio è stato lento e non adeguato all’impegno, in quanto eravamo più di 60 persone e camerieri erano pochi
la location da dimenticare l’unica annotazione a favore potrebbe essere data dal fatto che principalmente si tratta di una pizzeria e noi siamo andati a pranzo comunque da dimenticare

22/08/2024: Alla parola eccelso, non si può aggiungere altro. Se pensate di andare jn una trattoria di quart'ordine avete sbagliato posto. Cortesia, raffinatezza, cura dei particolari, cantina ricca e qualità sono il biglietto da visita per chi non deve guardare lo scontrino a fine cena.
Da tornarci presto!
19/07/2024: Da come mi era stato descritto è stata una vera delusione antipasto discreto mentre i primi non erano un gran che pasta troppo cotta salata non ben amalgamata la torta non er quella ordinata e non sono stato neanche interpellato se potevamo cambiarla trovandpne un altra decisa dal ristoratore mah!!!!!

17/03/2025: Carne alla brace preparata con maestria, varietà nell’offerta, personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce es efficiente. Sono andato la prima volta con la famiglia su consiglio di un amico e non c’ho pensato mezza volta a ritornarci con gli amici in diverse occasioni
Un ottimo maialino dei Nebrodi con una salsa barbecue artigianale preparata dal cuoco che da sola vale il prezzo del biglietto 👌🏼
27/02/2025: Siamo stati in questa griglieria per cena, Eravamo una tavolata di amici, abbiamo mangiato benissimo… il maiale con la salsa fatta in casa da “Zio Ciccio” (il proprietario) era strepitosa. La Fiorentina buonissima, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene e ci siamo divertiti tanto. Ci ritorneremo.

Panineria Mordi & Fuggi

19/10/2024: Panini freddi. Ordinati alle 19.30 portati alle 21.45. Proprietaria maleducata a dir poco, mentre ordinavo al telefono si capiva che era scazzata, dicendo sempre bho ad ogni cosa che aggiungevo. Come se non avesse bisogno di clienti. Richiamo perché ancora i panini non arrivavano e mi dice che sono quasi pronti e poi in viaggio, staccandomi il telefono in faccia.
Un consiglio alla proprietaria, vada a sfogare la sua frustrazione da un'altra parte. Non ordinerò più e consiglio di non ordinare.
