18/07/2025: The best vegetarian burger I've ever eaten, for only €11 per burger but a substantial size! With lots of vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, etc.) and a vegetarian steak :) The America burger was just as good and big! Very kind and efficient servers. Very little waiting time.

20/07/2025: A first-class restaurant, with refined, truly excellent and natural tastes and flavors. Discovered through friends, a truly well-maintained place with meticulous attention to detail. The location is truly enchanting and well-maintained, in Sardinian style with soft lighting and beautifully set according to etiquette. We chose the tasting menus with two and a second fish course, truly excellent. I'll start right away with the second fish course: fried calamari, but don't think of the classics, no, absolutely not!!! Think of calamari caught from the sea and fried immediately, combined with fried vegetables such as diced eggplant and zucchini... Delicious. Then we continue with the six courses, each one better than the last: from tuna spaghetti to debtince in coconut milk and soy, to the cream of zucchini with seafood... The owner: an elegant man who explains the dishes and makes you imagine them even before eating. I highly recommend it... Oh, I forgot... the house wine, a fresh, fruity Vermentino... It pairs exceptionally well with all dishes.

10/07/2025: Non era un pranzo era una vera e propria esperienza. Abbiamo lasciato fare al titolare e ne siamo usciti sazi e felici. L'atmosfera è rilassante, le portate fresche, gustose e non esagerate, il servizio impeccabile e veloce. Ci torneremo sicuramente! ❤️

24/06/2025: The place looks directly onto the port inside and is quite large and also has an outside veranda....we had an excellent pizza for the dough and well seasoned the staff is kind and the service is quite quick the bill is normal....a little advice maybe given that it has large windows overlooking the street it would be nicer if maybe there was at least half a sort of opacifying film so as to reserve the customer who is inside and finds himself seeing the people passing under the sidewalk in short to have a little more privacy ☺️

29/07/2025: We found this restaurant by chance in the center of Porto Torres. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The food was stellar. We were lucky enough to find a mussel stew with lime and pink peppercorns among the daily specials, which were out of this world. The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food more than justifies them.

15/05/2025: A Bari per lavoro, ero alla ricerca del Panzerotto perfetto e l’ho trovato. Ogni morso è paradiso, ottimo in tutto, grandezza, farcitura e frittura perfetta, si sente la qualità degli ingredienti. Ho provato il classico pomodoro e mozzarella e mi sono fatta tentare anche da quello con ragù barese e mozzarella…beh, buonissimi! D’obbligo una Peroni, anche due :-) Servizio perfetto e un grazie particolare a Luca per la sua professionalità e gentilezza squisita.

17/06/2025: We arrived late at lunchtime. Our car had to be charged further down the road and this was the only restaurant in the area that was possibly open for an hour before lunch. There was only 1 guest in the entire restaurant. We didn't really know what to expect but we had a great meal - a collection of starters and both a pasta. We got a dessert on the house and another coffee. Such a warm welcome. We recommend restaurant Il Carillon to everyone who likes real local (fish) food!
