29/11/2025: A truly captivating site. The staff were attentive, professional, and helpful. The food was unsatisfactory: the cold cuts and cheese platter was the bare minimum, salami with a strong smell and taste of saltpetre, average cheese, and dry Finalino ham. The sweet and sour peppers were good, the grilled vegetables were 1 slice of eggplant and 1 slice of zucchini. The Malloredus with sausage was "rested" and curdled, not good. The suckling pig, 7-8 kg or more, was good, but it was covered so much that the rind became rubbery. The wine was "incidental," with a marked vinegary note. The icing on the cake was €40, but there was no receipt. An experience not to be repeated unless there is a decisive change of direction.
