04/01/2025: I turned to the Hotel for the catering service for my wedding.
Silvia was exceptional: she created a menu that met all our needs, with professionalism and precision. A delicious menu: we chose a few dishes per dish and a lot of finger food such as mini burgers, mini pizzas and mini croissants. She was kind enough to prepare a part of the menu for vegetarians and also gluten intolerants (not celiacs!).
Very helpful with timing, despite it being the hottest Sunday in September (and of the entire summer), the food was preserved perfectly, leaving all the guests enthusiastic and satisfied, both in terms of sight and taste.
Last note, not least, the low cost, always guaranteeing the quality of the raw materials and the aesthetic presentation of the dishes. We will certainly turn to the Hotel again in the future, as a restaurant and as a caterer.

03/10/2024: Mangiato divinamente e tantissimo! Personale professionale, molto disponibile e gentile. Stati davvero benissimo! Se torneremo da queste parti, sicuramente sarà una tappa obbligatoria! Posto super consigliato. Altro punto a favore, nessuna connessione internet, per staccare completamente.

27/08/2024: bellissima posizione e splendido punto di appoggio per visitare la Sardegna sud-occidentale e il suo mare, sebbene il posto di mare più vicino sia a 10-12 Km.
L'agriturismo gestito da Francesco e dai suoi genitori, aiutati dalla gentilissima Signora Anna spero di non sbagliarmi!, in maniera eccezionale.
Buonissima la colazione e peccato per la splendida cucina inutilizzata.......

21/08/2024: Antipasti non all'altezza, la cappunadda era un piatto di cipolla cruda con qualche pezzettino di tonno nascosto in mezzo, immangiabile. Il paté di tonno piuttosto stopposo e striminzito nella porzione, 15 € a piatto davvero ingiustificati. Spaghetti al tonno e tonno alla carlofortina buoni. Il peggio è stato il contorno, non compreso nel tonno alla Carlofortina (20 €), un piattino d' insalata verde scondita a 4 €, non esagero, ce ne saranno stati 20 grammi, vergognoso.
Era da tempo che non mi capitava di uscire da un ristorante con la brutta sensazione di essere stato fregato.
12/07/2024: Die Aussicht ist super. Der Gastraum ist freundlich eingerichtet und man hat von allen Plätzen eine gute Aussicht. Der Begrüssung und Einweisung durch den Chef war freundlich. Man spürt den Familienbetrieb mit Tradition.
Das Essen war dann leider eher durchschnittlich bis mangelhaft. Die Vorspeisen waren okay - nichts Besonderes. Die beiden Thunfischgerichte waren hart und trocken ohne irgendwelche Beilagen. Brot kam erst auf Nachfragen.
Dass ich die Hälfte meines Hauptgangs zurück gehen liess, hat niemand interressiert.
Carloforte ist eine Thunfisch-Hochburg und es gibt viele Restaurants, die ihn besser zubereiten können.

Agriturismo Su Pinnettu

08/12/2024: Eine - für uns - ganz neue Agriturismo Erfahrung auf Sardinien im Winter. Die Speisen waren in der Zusammenstellung zum Teil ungewöhnlich. Es gab neben den kalten Schinken-, Gemüse- und Käse Vorspeisen eine Variation von verschiedenen warmen Salsiccia Gerichten mit Pilzen, einfach wunderbar. Danach Ravioli mit Ricotta und Salsiccia Sauce, zartes und knuspriges Porchetta mit rohem Fenchel, Kalbsfleisch geschnetzelt in schmackhafter Sauce.... Das besondere an den Stunden dort war Musik bekannter sardischer und italienischer Lieder, in die die Gesellschaft einstimmte und zu denen sogar ausgelassen und gekonnt das Tanzbein geschwungen wurde. Es waren 3 herrliche Stunden. Ich kann dieses ungewöhnliche Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
20/08/2024: Oste eccezionale! Cibo molto buono con un menù fisso che ti permette di assaggiare più piatti tipici della regione ma soprattutto il porceddu qualcosa di eccezionale! Da non perdere

14/11/2024: Ottima colazione, il personale eccellente ..a me serve quasi sempre Cinzia,sempre cordiale e con il sorriso,così come il proprietario Paolo..se volete fare una buona colazione, accompagnata da un sorriso e cordialità di tutto lo staff, non potete non visitare la Dolce vita ☺️
