18/08/2024: We were a group of friends and we decided to rely on the very positive reviews found online. We were greeted coldly and with little courtesy by the only waitress present in the room. After a few minutes of waiting, he sat us at a table, leaving us waiting for the menu. When she returned to take the orders, the same waitress who had welcomed us 'warmly' at the entrance responded with a curt and rude NO to the request for a pizza. Surprised by the answer, I asked for the horse steak indicated on the menu, but I received a second firm NO. We thought he was joking, but instead his rudeness was repeated. It almost felt like he was doing us a favor by taking our orders and that if we hadn't come in, his day would have been better. After ordering, we waited about an hour before we even received a basket of bread. At that point we wanted to get up and leave, but finally our dishes arrived: two beef steaks, at a cost of 15 euros each, which barely weighed 150 grams each, and a portion of Malloreddus. After asking twice for salt and bread, they were brought to us late, causing the meat to go cold. Last but not least, when we arrived at the checkout, convinced that it couldn't get any worse than this, the usual, legendary and only waitress offered us the latest demonstration of her passive-aggressive rudeness: another firm NO to a friend's request if the payment via POS had been successful. At that point we had lost all hope of receiving a minimum of education and respect towards the customer. As far as I'm concerned, such rude and unprofessional behavior has convinced me to never return and to advise against this place to anyone visiting this magnificent land.
