12/12/2024: I can't say enough about the talent and passion that Gianluca infuses into every one of his creations! Each product is a unique experience, with attention to the smallest details, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The quality of the ingredients used is evident in every bite and the presentation is always impeccable. I have tried a variety of products, from cakes to small pastries, and every time it has been a delicious surprise.
What distinguishes Gianluca is his passion, ambition and humility, always ready to get back into the game in new ways with the desire to learn more and more.
I recommend this pastry shop, you won't regret it! 💖

Good location considering we are on a state road. Fantastic shellfish spaghetti, just slightly saltier than necessary
17/01/2025: Negative experience not for the food but rather for the type of treatment received... chose the menu posted on social media not opting for the à la carte one, I tell you that we ate 14 people from the starter (miserable) to the fruit in the space of three quarters from now.... also calculating the wait for choosing the various first and second courses. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me. Make the sandwiches that look best.

07/07/2024: Location tipica dei paesi pugliesi, specialmente se si cena all'aperto in una piccola piazzetta. Abbiamo preso un tagliere seguita da della carne cucinata sulla brace, tutto ottimo, prezzo davvero competitivo.
Consigliato.

02/01/2024: Dispiace recensire negativamente una struttura che può sicuramente offrire di meglio, ma nonostante avessimo avvisato delle intolleranze e necessità alimentari purtroppo alcune persone sedute al nostro tavolo non hanno potuto pranzare avendo a disposizione, come tutti gli altri, un pranzo completo. Lascia molto a desiderare anche la qualità dei cibi serviti, la fantasia dello chef e la sprovvedutezza dei camerieri. Musica troppo alta e affidata alla dubbia professionalità di un dj che non risparmiava battutine sarcastiche nei confronti delle signore. Conto salato e non proporzionato a quanto ricevuto

25/09/2024: Sono stato nel pomeriggio x un preventivo. Ebbene, ci hanno fatto accomodare, marito e moglie, fuori della reception ossia non in un'altra saletta ma bensì fuori all'aperto. Dopo un quarto d'ora (dovevo andarmene immediatamente) sono andato via. Con questi comportamenti, si perdono TANTI potenziali avventori...!!!

21/09/2024: 80 anni festeggiati dalla nonna paterna di mio genero alla Boara dove si è spaziato tra una quindicina di antipasti, un primo di mare e uno di terra, secondo di mare e di terra a centrotavola, macedonia di fruta, spumone e torta. Tutto ECCELLENTE.!!!
15/09/2024: Esperienza imbarazzante. Non capisco le recensioni positive. Ma andate a mangiare fuori qualche volta ? Arriviamo alle 13,30 , posto abbastanza bello. Alle 14 ancora non avevamo né pane né acqua . Arriva l’acqua nelle bottiglie della casa e il vino della casa che è aceto . Optiamo dunque per la birra. Carrellata di antipasti , parmigiana bruciata, frittura di mare fredda e gommosa, sformato di non so cosa ( forse melanzane )… durata antipasti 1 ora. Altri 40 minuti di attesa per il primo primo , poi “solo” 30 per il secondo primo . I primi non erano male, ma piatti semplici senza pretese . La “ tagliata “ era gommosa . Ho rinunciato al dolce pur di andare via alle 18. Non fanno fattura . Risultato 4 ore e mezza per un pranzo non degno. Servizio esasperante . Sì ok si paga poco ma con 30€ a testa mangio meglio a casa . Mi dispiace negativo .
