Excellent pizza, easy to digest and made with quality ingredients in just the right quantities.
Clean place with '90s-style decor.
Simple, no-frills service, prompt and friendly.
The beer selection could be expanded with some "rossa" and "IPA," especially considering the pub-like feel of the first part of the place.
The option to choose pizza with lactose-free mozzarella was greatly appreciated. 👏
Overall, a positive experience and a great price. I'll be back! 😉

I spent a few days at La Giara Risto Relais and can highly recommend my stay. As a single woman traveling alone, it was especially important to me to feel safe and well looked after – and that was exactly the case here from the very first minute.
The room was exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the last detail. I also really liked the quiet, somewhat secluded location. Parking was available right next to the rooms.
What made the stay special was the warmth of the hosts. The Italian mentality – open, warm, and familiar – was palpable at all times.
I felt welcome, safe, and completely at home in every way. If you're looking for clean, quiet accommodations with genuine Italian hospitality, this is the place for you. I would love to come back.

01/10/2025: As soon as we finished our impromptu dinner, our first time here, I must say we immediately felt at home. The feeling of total relaxation was complete. The meat was high-quality (I invite you to try their homemade salami, which is truly excellent. The prices are far from average; I honestly would have gladly paid a little more). We didn't pay anything for what we got. Truly top-notch. Then there's Alessia's desserts (her homemade tiramisu), 10 out of 10.

06/01/2026: After a few wanders along the coast, we wanted to find a proper trattoria in the hills of Savona. Well, this magnificent place didn't disappoint! The food was excellent and plentiful, and the atmosphere was down-to-earth and very family-friendly. The prices are also very fair, and the quality of the dishes is absolutely made with love. It was a wonderful experience!

05/02/2026: The pizza is delicious, with an easy-to-digest dough, excellent ingredients, and a well-rolled crust. The staff is truly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The place is very quaint, decorated with American license plates, iconic posters, and traditional furnishings. The only drawbacks were the rather slow service for a weekday, and the fact that you walk in smelling delicious and leave smelling of fried food. The prices are very fair.
